Zama has the best Latin food in Bakersfield and if you like Latin food it is a must stop. This place is just beautiful, inside and out. It kept so clean and the service is amazing.When you arrive, you will be greeted and seated by the nicest people. Make a reservation or there will be a wait. When you walk in you are met with beautiful smiles and a greeting that is welcoming. As you continue to the bar you feel right at home. The lighting is perfect and the seats are very comfortable. Once you get your food and drinks it's like an experience you probably didn't think kern county had. The salsas is authentic and the drinks will sit just well in your body. Don't forget to order dessert, the flan can't be replicate.

Interesting place. Not what I would have expected in Bakersfield. Service was a little slow. But then again it was a Tuesday night.The food was good.The music was a little too loud and seemed to be on a disco Latin soundtrack. I left with a headache.
