I'm disappointed with the carryout process at Wingstop. Recently, when my daughter tried picking up an order I placed, the staff required her to show my driver's license and the credit card used, despite her having an ID with our shared last name and explaining the situation. This has happened more than once, contrasting with times when she could simply pick up the order without such hurdles. I provided a contact number for easy verification, which they've overlooked. Very disappointing experience for this location. Alright I get it it's Super Bowl Sunday and everyone and their mother wants wings. Inside was packed inside this store. Placed an order for pickup for 3:00pm. So you figure once you get there the order should be ready right? Wrong! not on this day. I didn't understand why you had to check in and right your name down if your there to pickup an order that's been placed hours ago. And to find out it's not even ready yet.
