I'm disappointed with the carryout process at Wingstop. Recently, when my daughter tried picking up an order I placed, the staff required her to show my driver's license and the credit card used, despite her having an ID with our shared last name and explaining the situation. This has happened more than once, contrasting with times when she could simply pick up the order without such hurdles. I provided a contact number for easy verification, which they've overlooked. This inconsistency and unnecessary complication have made the experience frustrating. It should be simpler, especially for straightforward pickups.

Very disappointing experience for this location. Alright I get it it's Super Bowl Sunday and everyone and their mother wants wings. Inside was packed inside this store. Placed an order for pickup for 3:00pm. So you figure once you get there the order should be ready right? Wrong! not on this day. I didn't understand why you had to check in and right your name down if your there to pickup an order that's been placed hours ago. And to find out it's not even ready yet. Cmon Wing stop. What's the point of preordering on line? The reason for the back up me and everyone gets is because they're busy. So after waiting an hour after my order should've been ready I finally receive the order but it wasn't complete. I finally received the rest of the order and I was on my way. It was just really disorganized. I hope the management takes note of what can be done differently come the next big game day. It could have been handled differently People were frustrated, the store didn't even have the game on for people waiting there missing the game. Bad game management Wing stop.

I placed an order last night hoping I would receive my order on time. I ordered online so I wouldn't have to wait in the lobby. I waited 2hours just like the rest of the crowd. This store is a mess. It didn't look like they had a system down. I felt bad because the kitchen did look like a nightmare. The cashiers looked overwhelmed. At the end of the day I never received my order because someone else took my order and when I asked for my order the girl in the front says they gave it out already and she thought I was lying to get free wings.

Asked for well done fries, got soggy fries and it looks like it was the last of the fries only mini pieces. Asked for original hot bone in wings and they were barely cooked and had no sauce. Was so disappointed :(

I initially did a mobile order. I wasn't late picking up my food it was Ten Wings, fries, and a drink. On the top is the fries, they were soggy. I went back in and asked them for a fresh batch of fries and that I would pay for them. And she said no it's okay, and on the bottom is what I received. Burnt, dry, fries. Thanks guys, I get it. Don't ask for fresh fries!

A lot of people come here for the wings and they are pretty good here but do not sleep on the Cajun corn! It is a side everyone needs to try out, I'm not really sure how they make their corn this good but it is a better side than fries in my opinion. Service is okay here as well. They made a mistake on my order and fixed it quick.

DONT ORDER ONLINE HERE. Placed my order at 5:19pm, went inside to check on it at 5:35pm. Finally left with my food at 6:10pm this is not a joke, waited almost an hour in-store. Worst part is when you walk out the store, you see the two front employees laughing after they saw me wait for 50 minutes.

This meal was lacking... I paid extra for all flats and I did not get it. I also ordered some boneless wings and I did not get it. Lakers Legendary flavor was straight up bland. It was an unfortunate experience. I called the store and they did offer to remake it but nobody wants to drive back to the restaurant and wait another 30 mins during dinner time.
You can never go wrong with some wings. The place is clean and easy pick up. Order online and quickly can grab your food.

I order a mix selection of lemon pepper I got 1 flat 7 drums ok I got passed that - seasoning or flavor you would say lemon pepper tasted like original (NO SEASONING) there was just grease build up on the bottom with the lemon pepper seasoning very terrible

This review is about the employee xitlali (not sure if that's how you spell her name). When we were on the phone with her trying to get an order refund resolved she told me if I was not going to place an order, I need to wait two hours to talk to the manager and the proceeds to hang up the phone. Very unprofessional.

I have ordered here in the past and the service was bad. It is not the same. The service is AMAZING. They pick up the phone. Michael the General manager is so nice. He took my phone order and was very helpful. The staff was friendly. Definitely turned things around at this location.

Ordered 14 wings and it took over 30 minutes to make with 3 customers in the building with 4+ employees. Had to go back to work and couldn't even eat my food because it took so long to to come out. Terrible customer service and the employees were touching their phone and then the food. Never returning to this location in the foreseeable future.
