Lately they've been out of something each time I visit. Tonight it was potatoes. And the app wouldn't respond. So much for earning rewards because you can't get the points after you pay.
Best Wendy's I have been to in years. The atmosphere was incredible. The dining area was very clean. The employees were very kind, attentive, and informative. Especially Phillip. Bathrooms were very clean. Even the counter with straws and lids were clean. The food was delicious. I think what really made this dine-in visit the greatest experience was Phillip. He was very helpful with the service and handled our order with care and precision, while handling multiple other things....read full review

They got my order wrong and i tried to call but no one answered, couldn't call them again until after work so i went there when no one answered again. Tried to explain to the manager what happened and they just started interogating me like i just wanted a free item when i just wanted the missing item. Mind you they didn't give me a receipt through my first order either. Sucks since i really did like this place, oh well.
