They got my order wrong and i tried to call but no one answered, couldn't call them again until after work so i went there when no one answered again. Tried to explain to the manager what happened and they just started interogating me like i just wanted a free item when i just wanted the missing item. Mind you they didn't give me a receipt through my first order either. Sucks since i really did like this place, oh well.

Best Wendy's I have been to in years. The atmosphere was incredible. The dining area was very clean. The employees were very kind, attentive, and informative. Especially Phillip. Bathrooms were very clean. Even the counter with straws and lids were clean. The food was delicious. I think what really made this dine-in visit the greatest experience was Phillip. He was very helpful with the service and handled our order with care and precision, while handling multiple other things. Top notch this place. Thankyou.

I HAVE NEVER BEEN MORE UPSET IN MY LIFE. YOU SCREAM AT ELDERLY PEOPLE??? There's no way this is acceptable. Not only this, they have the menu light off and tell us there's nothing they can do about it, offer help, and then proceed to tell us WE are wrong about WHAT WE WANT. Then we pull up and continues to call us LIARS. Come on dude how do you do all that? You were so rude. I will NEVER come here again. RESPECT YOUR ELDERS. Came here 12/7/2023 in the 8pm hour

They always miss something. I dont get it. How is it so hard to get meals right. They either miss the fries or the chicken nuggets. It never fails. I drive far with a car full of kids just to get home and find out meals are missing. Make sure you check your food before driving away, cuz its mandatory with this place.
