Terrible customer service and from the owner no less. He canceled my order literally seconds after I ordered because he asked me was everything okay. And I replied "no but it's fine" he then proceeded to tell the cashier, " cancel her order, we don't need her business!" There were several customers present at this time. I even pleaded with the owner as I traveled all the way from LA. He told me to leave or he would call the cops. So I left. Never have I been so disrespected by a black man and he supposed to be southern also. Moral of the story: you can't even support your own people.

The bbq was outstanding but be warned it is slow roasted and smokey. Some people don't like the smoked aspect and are caught off guard. The sauce was excellent. The sides were all large portions on their own.
Paid $11 for 3 street tacos was upset. Next time will get bar b que.

A hidden gem. California style BBQ. I met the owner and grill master Keenan. Who took such pride in his smoke room , which he was kind enough to show me. 3 dynamic smokers were adjacent to the kitchen. He opened up to show me he was doing beef ribs. Which he sent a sampler to our table . Delicious. Now the food , that’s the best part . We had a lunch 3 meat combo. We both had a hot link, brisket and baby back ribs smothered in the tangy sauce. Our sides were collard greens , macaroni and cheese and potato salad. Mac and cheese was baked with a nice crust. Hot and cheesy. A 10 plus.Potato salad can definitely stand up any family picnic. Spicy greens were good. Cornbread was excellent.I figured out this was a soul food restaurant hidden within a bbq place. I will be back

The two dinner plates were excellent. Chicken was not dry, and the ribs were not over cooked. Very pleased to finally have Bar-b-que done right. Will definitely return again.Wheelchair accessibility: It's located in the city of Bellflower, Which is very wheelchair accesslble.
