This Starbucks is doing an amazing job. At this location my drink is always made correctly, the service is excellent and the wait time is quick. There is a good vibe here. Rose one of the Baristas always has a smile on her face and is kind and exudes positivity and a radiant energy. Rose has exemplary customer service skills and this really stands out and makes the location stand out. Great service. My only complaint is that they are understaffed and that everyone could be getting their drinks quicker if more people were working. I come in the afternoons for a frappucino occasionally and have to wait over ten minutes for my drink. I can tell that the staff are working hard but they just have way too many orders coming in it seems like. I really wish these popular businesses were taking better care of their staff
