I have been to Taco Bell hundreds of times in the past & always had a good walking in experience. This time was very different.They have a kiosk to replace humans to take your orders. Figuring out the menu structure for my simple order took FAR longer than normal but with experience this technology should go faster. Overall good experience. The little park next door has been beautifully cleaned up and renovated - nice to just walk thru to it from The Benicia Bell's parking lot, about 10 steps over to the trees, grass and swings. Great Kids playground and benches around for ALL Esrth's children to enjoy!They need more than one bathroom key, Since there are 2 bathrooms but was told just 1 key for both. Strange. I would not go to this Taco Bell ever again I had a coupon for four free tacos with a purchase the coupon was good thru the 15th of April it was the 15th they told me the coupon was good thru that day but the employee said it wasn't good for that I decided to cancel my order and get my money back so with the way I was treated by the employee I will never go back to 700 military West in Benicia CA again
