“Just picked up my chicken soup this afternoon,my granddaughter wanted to go to the park,I ordered it over the phone and they said 10 minutes but we stayed at the park for. 45 minutes the soup and croissant was still hot not warm but hot my granddaughter loved the bread man lol“

“I am sure that Lucca has many delicious dishes; I can only speak to a simple lunch I had there. My lunch companion and I were pleased to be able to sit outside in front. It was very noisy and crowded inside. I had the $12 grilled cheese sandwich and tomato bisque soup. The bowl of soup was not very warm and there wasn't much of it, but it was good. The sandwich was just laughable. It tasted like Velveeta cheese in Wonder bread. I had expected a more interesting bread and cheese. This was what I used to make for my children when they were young! It was fun to sit outside and watch the passing parade. The servers did their best. There are obviously better choices than what I had ! But I expected much more from such a highly regarded restaurant.“

“The Benicia Napoli will be my new go to for pizza delivery! The online menu was very easy to navigate. We ordered a medium Hawaiian, a cousin Vinny's calzone, cheesecake, and tortellini. Total after delivery and tip came out to around $70. This would be enough for 4-5 people. Delivery fee is only $1.75. Forget DoorDash! The pasta comes with your choice of sauce. I didnt see the options listed. I got a call pretty soon after putting on my order to clarify that. They offer red, pesto, or meat sauce. No white sauce for the pastas. The Hawaiian pizza was packed with toppings. They did not skimp out. Each bite had ham and pineapple. The calzone was also large. Larger than the size of my hand. It came with a side cup of marinara sauce. Also packed with meat. The pasta was also hearty and fresh. It's tasty food that's affordable and local. Why go to the big chain pizza place when Napoli's is an option?“

“Whenever I see Whipt at local events, I make sure to stop by their booth to buy several of their one-of-a-kind cookie cakes. Today, my work ordered 21 dozen of their cookies for Veterans Day. They were a big hit with all employees. Their only complaint was they were only supposed to take one each. They weren't able to sample the various flavors. Tasty cookie cakes, awesome and personable owner, local small business. I highly recommend Whipt.“

You can sit at the small Sushi counter or at a table in the small dining room. The people are nice and friendly and they have a good selection of Sushi Rolls and other dishes. We made a reservation just in case. Free parking is on the street. “Pizza is still delicious but the loss of salad bar and desire to help customers from the kids behind the counter is a real disappointment. Every pie and bread stick that came out of the oven while we waited over a half hour for a personal salad, two bread sticks, and a small pizza had huge air bubbles that were destroying the items piling up as they came out of the oven while all the employees were standing around hiding in the back. After waiting 20 minutes when I was told it would only take 10 minutes to get food we went back to the counter only to have the employees tell us they had no idea about the order we're talking about. Finally after going through all the employees we were given part of our order and had to remind them about the rest. Upon arriving home 45 minutes later we found these so called bread sticks that resembled piles of dough bubbles. Sad to see a great pizza place go so far downhill.“

Full of veggies, chicken, and spice! There are now two great Indian spots in Benicia. We go to both. But when we want a wrap, only Mirchi will do!“
