Ordered two XLG pizzas for delivery for a group's work meeting today through EZCater.com. They arrived right on time but without the plates and napkins requested in the order. It was ok because luckily we had backups but it could have really put someone in a bind if they didn't. I'd suggest calling them in advance to confirm any add-ons or make sure you have some just in case they don't follow through. Especially if it's for work. After an hour and a half (the ETA that the app gave me) of waiting on one pizza and cheesy bread, I went to the store to see if they had mistakenly not updated the app. When I got there, I asked about the status of it and they had not started it yet. So I waited. While I was waiting, a vegetarian customer noticed that they were using one pizza cutter on all of the pizzas, and that pizza cutter had meat pieces still on it. I ordered a pizza from here online. I got a notification that it was ready so I went to the store to find out they had just put it in the oven. They said it was coming out of the oven when I got there. I waited 20 more minutes for my pizza not realizing they were just putting it in the oven.
