Mis understood

The only praise I'm giving is to my driver! Vinh, you are a real one, and sweetheart! On to the store itself, I'm sure where you get your customer service from, but undercover boss needs to pay a visit! The pasta was trash, and the wings didn't have sauce on them. When talking to a young man on the phone, I had to teach him how to speak to me. The way they treat the food is showing me all I need to know. NEVER AGAIN!

This was the worst experience at dominoesive ever had. For one they had no chairs for us to sit in but 5 tables. And then they took over 20 minutes to address any costumers inside. So i ordered online and the people working there were very rude and ignoring me when i stood by the register for 10 minutes. Never ordering from here

I ordered a pizza from here online. I got a notification that it was ready so I went to the store to find out they had just put it in the oven. They said it was coming out of the oven when I got there. I waited 20 more minutes for my pizza not realizing they were just putting it in the oven.

We placed our order and it indicated it would be delivered in 30-40 minutes. When an hour had passed, we called to see how much longer it would be since it had left the store (according to their tracking on the website) over 35 minutes prior. The first person who answered the phone said "yeah this driver is slow - just wait for him". When I asked if they could contact the driver and see how much longer they would be, she said she couldn't do that. I asked for a manager and he was not only lacking in any customer service but very rude. He said "just wait we are very busy". When I asked if he could contact the driver he said "do you want me just to cancel the order?" When I explained that we had already waited and hour and 15 minutes and that wasn't an acceptable offer, and expressed my concern that the food was going to be cold, he hung up the phone. Sure enough, the food was cold and felt like we were eating leftovers out of the fridge. Better customer service would have gone a long way.

This restaurant scammed me out of 35 dollars on Uber eats. I attempted to connect them multiple times about my order to response. The staff here is very unprofessional and is not worth your time. Do not patron.

Domino's on adaline Street in Berkeley, decline to cancel one of my orders that was done online due to being unaware that it was for a future order, which was on Thanksgiving. I contact the customer service on the website they told me to go to the store and have them cancel it. I go to the store and they tell me that they could not cancel it so basically, there was a piece of that was never delivered. Never picked up that I did not receive my funds for I did not receive a refund and I am very unsatisfied customer the way that the guy handled the situation when I went to. The store was so unprofessional and I would never ever spend my money with Dominos again, nor will I ever refer anyone else to.

I used to work for Domino's, this place is just not well managed and most likely understaffed. Which means they will take extraordinarily long times to deliver or make your order, if you call to check on your order they will hang up on you. I had to call the store 10 times in a row because they hung up on me literally nine times. Trust me I know because I used to do it too. The only real solution is for the manager or store owner to actually get serious and supervise. It's a freaking Tuesday night there's no excuses for just being this sh*tty on a Tuesday night. DO NOT ORDER HEREUPDATE: ordered here again it's not even that they are overwhelmed by the amount of orders. The employees are the least efficient employees I've ever seen at any dominoes. They have an old grandma making the pizza dough, slow as heck, the employees are just walking around not doing anything while the order screen has a ton of orders and they are all in the red which means they're taking way way too long don't order here and if management is reading this do better.
