We were craving chinese food and called ahead to order. All of the delivery/online order apps were down or said it was closed. So I was super confused... I had to call ahead and check if they were even open. Couldn't recommend this place more for their food and above all the service! I tried them for the first time ordering through a delivery app. An hour had passed after much confusion with cancellation due to app's error. Long story short, another 30mins I contacted Heat Cafe directly and they said they've been contacting the app too for a driver who still hasn't showed up. Only 4 stars because this place is never open, upon reopen I will be the first in line. Best Chinese food in the Bay Area!!! Never crowded either although it should be, fresh, quality food.
