Little Gem Belgian Waffles was our waffle caterer at a conference. We have nothing but praise for their team. Efficient, smooth communication, flexible before, during and after the event, and perhaps the best Belgian waffles we have ever eaten, and that's saying something because we are from Belgium. We highly recommend Little Gem Belgian Waffle's waffles and services.
The cinnamon waffle was toasted to the perfect crisp. Airy on the inside and crunchy on the outside is the perfect combination. Topping it off with that smooth scoop of coffee ice cream and bananas is a midnight dessert that you should definitely try if you are a coffee fan. The guy who made our order was super cool and funny. He noticed we were standing outside for a bit and asked for our order numbers so that he could check on it.
