We hardly ever go to burger King when we lived in the city, but I GOTTA SAY WE LOVE COMING HERE since we moved up here the people here are ALWAYS FRIENDLY they are a true definition of GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. It's always clean the food is great the cook JOEL makes the food exactly how we want it no errors. Our children ask us everyday to go to burger King cuz they love the food and they are picky eaters. Dequan j, and Manny are a TRUE definition of what a customer service should be they are patient, friendly and kind. People like these 3 guys are the reason we always come back to this restaurant. If you don't believe me come and check these guys out and see for yourself.Thank you and keep up the good work you guys.

Every time I come to this place the drive thru is closed! Also they only serve breakfast in the morning. They close early I went out there 10 minutes before they close and it was already closed.

Found this at the intersection of CA 58 and US 395. On my visit, the staff was friendly and helpful. I even briefly spoke with the manager and she seemed to be doing a great job interacting with both customers and employees. If you're going through Kramer Junction, it's a solid Burger King. If you don't like fast food restaurants in general or Burger King in particular then you won't like it.

Employees are stealing from the owner. I stopped in last weekend and I overheard an employee telling another employee to go ahead and leave and she would clock her out later. I thought nothing of it, maybe she forgot to clock in when she got there or something but we came back yesterday and I saw actual proof of their thievery. We paid with cash but it never made it into the till. It sat next to it until somebody came over and canceled the order, took the cash, and walk away. We still got our food but the money never put inside register. The owner should probably take a look at all the transactions and see how many have been cash and canceled. You probably shouldn't ask your manager to do it for you because she is in on it all. To top it off, this place is filthy, overflowing trash, nasty bathrooms, and most of the fountain soda options were no available. Thankfully Fat Burger and Checkers will be in the area soon, so I won't have to come to this BK where the owner has to jack up the prices to afford making up for his thieving employees. It might be a good idea to drug test tye employees as well.

We were in the mood for some burgers, and it had been some time since we ordered from BK. We went through the drive-thru, placed our order, and pulled up to the window. However... when we got our food, the burgers were COLD. I don't mean, just not hot. No, they were literally cold. If I just ordered my food, there should be no reason for any of my food being cold. If this is how BK is going to give us our food, we will not ever be back.

Rude Drive Thru employee..... Waited 20 minutes (with nobody in the drive thru) in the back of the restaurant for them to bring out COLD hamburgers. Hard pass on this one folks. Go to the Pilot across the street.
