There are very few if any venues like Copper Blues in OC. Situated adjacent to the Improv in Brea it has an open air feel with one whole wall open to Brea Blvd. Folks waiting in line on the sidewalk for the Improv can peer inside for a peek at the scene inside. First time visiting this place. Really love the location and wanted to love it, but it was so dead maybe 30 people max Purchased tickets for the band that was playing JT. Harker which was incredible. Love me some country music and blues. Not sure what is happening, but I hope it vamps up. Our bartender was incredibly sweet and attentive. My lemon drops were on point every time. Nice place, but charging the same price for a blended whiskey versus a single malt is no bueno. Come on CB! Get the charges straight. A single malt scotch should not be the same as a blended. You don't need to charge an arm and a leg. The revenue will come with good reputation and services but do what you will.
