I ordered a family meal to have chow mein and fried rice. Fried rice missing and both were chow mein. The chicken sides is full of veggies with very less chicken. It's not that veggies are bad ?.I called the store to say the order is incorrect and the person wants me to drive back to store for an exchange. Ridiculous

Good variety of options and if you are not familiar with a dish they give you a sample so you can get to know it.Parking: It is a shopping center, so you have plenty of parking so you can choose whether to park far away or near the restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: If they have enough space to be able to travel to the restaurant and its interior.

The purpose of online ordering is to preorder your order so that you won't have to wait when you get there.When your order says it'll be ready by 12:18pm and you get handed your food at 12:35pm after arriving at 12:15pm, that defeats the purpose of online ordering or the efficiency that's been put in place.The customer service and communication of this place is terrible as well. Luis at the register is completely lost. Asked me for my order, went to check, began helping other customers, finally came back to me asking me for my order as if he never had a conversation with me when I'm the only one standing in the online order line.

Employees busy talking to each other. Having trouble getting orders straight. Asked about rewards program no help was told QR code on table. Only QR code wasted our time was about becoming a employee. Won't go there again?

They Didn't have the line food item that I wanted. I didn't mind waiting since it's usually always there. It was rush hour. However, when the item was made, they gave me such a poultry amount that it was disappointing. I guess there are a lot of people already waiting for that same item, so they still have to be a little stingy with it.

Came here for the first time a few days ago. This particular place gives you only such a small portion it is ridiculous. I've been to other locations (one by my work in Buena Park) and they are completely more generous. Felt like I finished my food in one bite. Never again will come back to this location.

I placed an online order for pickup at the Brea, CA location. When I arrived to pick up my order, the doors were locked with a sign that said "We are only accepting mobile orders at this time". There were employees inside one specifically toward the front of the store. Myself and several others standing outside were completely ignored. I knocked nicely twice to try and get my pick up order, and both times I just got looked at and ignored by the employee. It wasn't until I started pounding on the door that the employee rolled their eyes and came to the door frustrated, and said the store was only accepting online orders. I told her I had in fact placed an online order, and how was I supposed to pick it up if no one is coming to the door? She was very mad and took my last name and phone number, then went and got my food. Horrible experience being blatantly ignored by employees who refused to come outside and asked what anyone needed. My food was cold by the time I got it home.

Portion is soooo small, it doesnt even make you feel full.While the person in front of me got his portion squeezed in with soo much.... Fovorie?? Maybe they knew each other??The whole the manager stood there and wait so she can rings us up... Just a smile on her face when she saw the big diff in portion size.Overall, Panda Express is Dead!!!NO MORE PANDA EXPRESS!!!You guys/gals must have seen it too....

Greeted warmly from server, and she was busy cleaning the glass and windows. Food was hot and fresh. Beef brocolli wasnt the best, but the kung pao and bejing beef qas the best. Not sure if corporate was here evaluating, but theybwere doing a great job. (Restrooms were clean)

SMALLEST PORTIONS. Do not order for online pickup. The portions were measly. I felt right away when picking up the to-go bags that it was so light. Of course when I got home, I tried not mentioning anything to plant any negativity in my family's minds but as soon as they all opened it, they all mentioned how small the portions were.Noodles were soggy and unflavored as well. Weird because I went there as soon as they opened. Tasted a day old and just reheated. I think someone needs to check the cameras and make sure they are preparing it properly before they open because it is not fresh at all.TIP TO THE STORE MANAGER: if you skimp on quality, you might save a little in the short run, but in the long run, you won't last. You'll lose the loyalty of your customers.TIP FOR CUSTOMERS: If you want panda, go to the location near CSUF. Better experience there
