Good variety of options and if you are not familiar with a dish they give you a sample so you can get to know it.Parking: It is a shopping center, so you have plenty of parking so you can choose whether to park far away or near the restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: If they have enough space to be able to travel to the restaurant and its interior.
The purpose of online ordering is to preorder your order so that you won't have to wait when you get there.When your order says it'll be ready by 12:18pm and you get handed your food at 12:35pm after arriving at 12:15pm, that defeats the purpose of online ordering or the efficiency that's been put in place.The customer service and communication of this place is terrible as well. I ordered a family meal to have chow mein and fried rice. Fried rice missing and both were chow mein. The chicken sides is full of veggies with very less chicken. It's not that veggies are bad ?.I called the store to say the order is incorrect and the person wants me to drive back to store for an exchange. Ridiculous
