There's a lot of waiting, but it's worth the wait.Be sure to try the fluffy original cheesecake...and if you have extra in your stomach, be sure to try the Goniva chocolate cake!The amount of food is too much, so order accordingly and if you have any leftover, ask for courage and take it with you. It’s been a couple of years since we’ve been back to the Cheesecake Factory. We had the pleasure of having Joseph Golden attend to our dining experience and we are definitely making this one of our favorite places to be. Joseph went above and beyond to enhance our dining experience and it just made our birthday even better. 7/14/22 I made a lunch reservation for six of us today at the Brea, California location. Best food ever, of course. But, the biggest kudos go to our server-Eluzia! I cannot remember having a better server anywhere(and I’m an old lady). This young person had it all, from the smile on her face, to her knowledge of the menu, to her impeccable service, to her willingness to get whatever we needed! If you are lucky enough to have Eluzia serve your meal, you’re in for a super time.
