1/4/24 - The Wetzel's is located inside the mall at a stand. We ordered the Pizza Bitz and Cinna Bitz. We took the food back to the car and started eating where we unfortunately discovered that there was a hair lodged between the pizza bitz deep in the cup. I took it back to the stand where I waited in line. I spoke to their cashier and he discussed it with his superior after inspecting the food himself. Eventually, they told me that new pizza bitz were being cooked at the moment, so they offered either a full refund or asked if I was willing to wait 12 minutes for the bitz to be finished. I decided to wait the 12 minutes and he said that I could just stand off to the side and he would hand the new pizza bitz over to me when they were done. The whole process was handled really smoothly and professionally which I appreciated. I received the new pizza bitz fresh out of the oven and hair-free. I would rate this place 1-star based off food quality, but I'm giving 2-stars due to how responsive and helpful they were to resolve this issue.

I was assisted by a gentleman (I believe his name is Omar from what I heard him say) this past weekend and he was super nice and greeted me with a smile. I asked him for a recommendation and he recommended the pizza pretzel which was so good. Thank you for your professionalism and recommendation! ?

My pretzel was burnt. Not even flavorful very dry. The wait was also so long. Wouldn't recommend.

No because I waited for like 10 minutes and the whole time they just kept walking by and ignoring me. Costumer service was a 0 stars. After I ended up taking my business to the Cinnabon next store and there service was much better

They charged me over $10 dollars for 2 regular drinks and then refused to give me a refill, poor costumer service as well.

Well, they ran out of several items by 2 pm on a Sunday. We paid extra for marinara and they forgot it. But hey, it's mall food. It wasn't horrible. The guys were nice. And we ended up getting our marinara when we reminded them. All good.

The worse management ever!! So unorganized and had literal teenagers working away on rush hour. Food was great by a girl named Amber but the managers did absolutely nothing.. are you trying to run a business here or just letting one girl take 7 customers while the line wrapped around the mall. Should have took a picture, customer service was great by her and should definitely be given props for the way she handled being on her own while the person who seemed to be charged who is a man did nothing... will only ever come back if she is there

EXCESSIVE Amount of oil for one single pretzel. When I took it out of the bag it was dripping and got my pants stained. When I reached for the napkins to try and clean up the mess I noticed the napkins were alofilled with oil too I understand this isn't the healthiest snack but come on this amount of oil made it so uncomfortable to eat and hard to enjoy
Long line every time when I try to buy a pretzel. A bunch of teenagers talking and hanging out behind the register. No adults to move things along and keep kids focused. Awful!

My teenage daughter visited the small stand in the mall and while her boyfriend was paying with Apple Pay she over heard the employee saying " if they don't tip I'm messing up their order". He didn't tip, because ITS NOT CUSTOMARY WITH FAST FOOD, it's optional 100% ( and I worked in retail, fast food, and was a server and bartender for years!). So this employee gave them the wrong food. My daughter took it and still ate it, because she said " I touched it, I thought I had to". She is 14. Please educate your spoiled, ignorant, rude, entitled staff about how customary tips work and how to treat customers. Btw, this happened yesterday 12/28 around 4-6pm, hopefully you can figure out who this was.

We were waiting in line, and in the 5 minutes I was there, I watched all 3 employees walk around with no urgency, joke with each each other while there was a full line and they just watched the customers wait, and what sent me away was watching one of them sneeze into the case, what looked very on purpose, and all three employees laugh about it. Absolute blatant disrespect for the customers and their job. This place is a joke and won't have my service and hopefully I can save someone else their time as well.

Came here on 12/9 & the employee struggled to put in a simple order of a lemonade, cheese sauce and pretzel nuggets. The total was about $15 and they had three workers but it took awhile to process. Super overpriced with very bad service. Once we walked away we noticed no sauce in the bag that we were charged for and had to go back, the "line" was a huge unorganized crowd. The pretzels were drenched in salt and the sauce was barely filled 1/3 of the way. I don't believe in leaving reviews for food stands but cooperate should know this stands standards are a***

If I could give them a 0 stars I would. I come to Brea mall a lot and every time I’ve come they never have ANY items of the mini meals. Last time some lady cut the line and the associates saw her do this and still just helped her. They’re just so unorganized and under stocked.
