Amazing food, wonderful people!I ran across the BLT Lunch Truck today, and it was like finding a hidden gem! ?I had the vegan burger with the side of chips and an Arnold Palmer (green tea & lemonade style), and everything was so fresh and clearly made with intention - from the herbs on the chips to the homemade bun.I will absolutely be coming back!

Finally tried BLT after driving by it for almost a year! The portions are very generous and well worth the price. Food was very good and quite filling. Better to order in person than online as they have specials and things might change. We will definitely make this one of our regular spots. A neighborhood gem!

Sooo delicious! Ordered my fave- the Yokohama chicken bites bento again. It was really good, with lots of homemade side dishes like pickled cucumber, tamagoyaki, and sweet potato tempura. The Yokohama Chicken Sandwich was also delicious as always, with crispy and juicy chicken. I also love the Strawberry and banana smoothie. Yum! Will be back again. :)

Was my first time trying BLT. Interesting Japanese influenced menu. Their seasoning is def on the light and healthier side which we enjoyed. Their spam musubi was def one of our favs. Would try again and this is def not your typical lunch truck! Better quality for sure!

There is nothing more perfect than stumbling upon a hidden gem that lives in the sweet spot of *delicious food* (fresh and tasty), *culinary creativity* (inventive flavors and combinations), and *community-mindedness* (eco-friendly, LGBT-friendly, and just plain friendly-friendly). The vegan BLT was an explosion of flavors and textures -- loved the sweetness of the tomato jam mixed with the savory, crunchy tofu-rice paper bacon. The extra avocado took it to the next level. The fish in the special bento box (miso Alaskan cod) was cooked to perfection. The blend of brown and white rice and pickled veggies on the side were delicious. The Hojicha and Citrusade were so fresh and tasty. Perfect amount of sweetness and tartness -- and amazing when combined in an Arnold Palmer. And don't even get me started on the homemade umami potato chips. Divine. Not only did we love the food and the vibe here, we loved Kristi, the owner. She has a real gift as a chef, and the big heart that powers this small kitchen infuses everything she makes with love.

Thoughtfully crafted food, using high quality ingredients and served with a smile. Service was friendly and patient with our questions, evidencing the pride they took in their food. We ordered a mango smoothie, vegan burger, chicken sandwich and cheesesteak sandwiches. All sandwiches were served on 5 star buns and accompanied by ridiculously delicious house made potato chips and the cutest cookie. I could write a whole review just on the potato chips..the best I have ever eaten. I was impressed with the care that went into creating the vegan patty. For those who miss the texture of meat, you will be beyond pleased with this tasty soy based patty. My husband also loved his chicken sandwich that was taken over the top with the wasabi mayo and well executed chicken that was mouth watering juicy. My two teens were less than satisfied with their cheesesteaks. Both said that the sauce missed the mark on seasoning giving it a slightly bland taste; steak was perfectly tender. The mango smoothie was very refreshing and I could tell that the mangoes were picked with care. Easy parking with plenty of sunny, clean outdoor seating, hand washing station and a clean restroom.

Wow is all I can articulate for the Yokohama chicken sandwich. 100% going back for that again another day. Enjoyed the banh mi burger,the house chips and the Arnold Palmer as well but the Yokohama chicken sandwich was my absolute favorite. The unexpected sweet treat (not sure if it was a shortbread cookie) was perfectly bite sized to round off the meal and leave feeling satisfied. Service was great, we had called ahead to ask for hours and although it was a hot day the open air seating and picnic tables with the light breeze made for a pleasant afternoon.
