While riding my motorcycle through California, I smelled the smoke and saw the World's Best BBQ Steak sign and said I would have to test that theory. I finished my activities for today in Soledad and said today would be the day, so I doubled back the 170 miles to come partake. Our first stop in town and it was a great welcome! Service was excellent! The food was amazing. Our waitress Autumn was so friendly and helpful! We arrived 30 mins before closing and rather than turning us away they took us in and took great care of us. The service Autumn gave us was unmatched! Grateful to have stopped at this gem!

We had a family gathering at Solvang for the Spring break week. This was the best restaurant for dinner during our stay. We tried the grilled artichokes - really good; steamed mussels - pretty good.
