This day, 02/14/2024, I went to buy my food at this restaurant as usual and the person who served us was very bad-tempered. His name is SUNNY. The truth is, it's not my fault that they didn't give him anything for Saint's Day. Valentin and he was taking out his frustration on me, I think I will not attend this location again.

Locally Convenient and close to where I live but unfortunately their food is cold inside as you eat and the beef is salty, the chicken avocado burrito have bits that are hard like eating old leftovers, and when eating beans, I feel like I'm chewing on thin pieces of plastic. Happened three times and never going back.
The staff was very unfriendly and ended up giving us the wrong side menu. An angry expression!!! If you don't want to work, you don't have to. I don't understand why you do it.

Cashier that helped me was very rude was not helpful how to repeat myself like then with the coupon coupons for one purchase at a time so I so what about the he said no I had to buy something over $20 and I told them that it's not free then so why do you so he called the manager and she was I will never buy anything from Pollo loco ?
