“I stopped by for a coffee before an appointment. I got the peanut butter latte with oatmilk. It was a pretty good latte, not too sweet. But it did not taste AT ALL like peanut butter. It was just a mildly sweetened oatmilk latte. For $7.75, I don’t think I would go again. The barista was friendly and got my drink done very quickly. The cafe is cute but tiny. I think it’s better as a to go place.“

“We had a wonderful experience at Donut Hut in Burbank! We stopped by early in the morning and got some freshly made, delicious donuts. The display is incredibly neat and colorful, and everything tasted amazing. The owners and helpers are so kind and friendly, making the visit even better. My son absolutely loves their donuts. “I really like Jam Jam Tea Lab because their drinks are always creative and refreshing! This time, I stopped by their Burbank location to try the new peach series, and the Peach Yogurt Yakult was definitely my favorite. It was fruity, tangy, and so refreshing, especially if you already love yogurt drinks like I do! The Fresh Peach Slush was also really good and tasted fresh.

The shop has a nice ambiance with a few seating spots, and the service was friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back!“

“Giving this four stars because the food really EXCEEDED my expectations— the Cuban was genuinely a delicious combination of flavours. Perfect mix of pickle and roasted pork and mustard. Also really enjoyed the apple fritter which was fresh and huge and my iced latte which, admittedly is hard to mess up, but was perfect. Very fun to sit in the actual cafe and enjoy food/drink and watch scenes from the show on the small TV. Looking around, I would say AVOID the pizza and pizza pocket for sure because the table beside me got those and they looked bad. And the hotdogs looked… ok but I didn’t see many condiments. Salads also looked great/fresh with lots of options and the frappe drinks looked yummy — I wish I had got one of these instead of my latte! Overall glad I had this included in my Plus tour as it was a nice break to mentally review all the fun stuff I had just seen!“

Unfortunately, as with many Starbucks, it is becoming more and more a haven for the homeless. I have some concerns about the cleanliness of the furniture and items on the condiment station used by them.“

“An excellent best Starbucks cafes. The staff is very kind and sweet, here is an example of Alc/Daniela making a simple refill feel special. I am always greeted warmly and treated with kindness. If i could give Daniela, Amanda, and the rest of the team 6 stars I would. (I know i left out a lot of names, but everyone is great with me snd other customers)
One thing id like to see changed though is moving the condiments bad to the back and moving a table or two to the main area of the cafe because when a line starts growing it gets a bit crowded and uncomfortable having people standing over you while youre trying to enjoy your drink and book. Thats easily adjusted once management gets some feedback.“

“Been coming here for years and their menu has been great. Known for their Brisket Burritos, Fairfax egg sandwich and that Salmon Eggs Benedict on weekends that I have yet to find another establishment or restaurant with such a mouth watering hollandaise sauce. Regarding their coffee, its wonderful. Agreed their to go cups are a bit in the small size versus other coffee shops, but at least the coffee you get will leave you with a satisfying morning smile. One last good thing I appreciate are the familiar employees that have been there for years. Consistency in every aspect is found here.

But its not all perfect. I understand dogs are welcome, and I love dogs, its the owners that come in and start blocking the path to get to the order counter, who start conversations with other dog owners who create a barrier. Especially for those with an entitled mentality who will hardly to not budge to let you pass. This effects the experience to others, so maybe Commissary can continue to allow our friendly dogs to be apart of the atmosphere, but add and enforce some common sense rules for the experience of others and safety.

“One of those historical like establishments. Handful of movie star photos with the owners. Delicious donuts but not sure I have had any that weren't. The breakfast croissant I had was substantial (worth the cost I mean) and tasty.“

Even better, it’s dog-friendly, so your dog can hang out with you. Parking can be a bit tight, but overall it’s a great place to visit“
