This review is not so much about Costco which I love, but about Panera Mac and Cheese I bought yesterday. I tried it and it was watery, ok as far as flavor. But then I read the nutrition label and was shocked. One small cup had 600 calories, 101% of daily saturated fat, trans fat as well, 36% daily cholesterol and 60% of your daily sodium. Yikes! I thought Panera bread products would be healthier. And I'm a little surprised Costco didn't screen the product and not carry it based on its nutrition profile. Guess I better not assume that "quality" brand products like Panera Bread and Costco consumer orientation is as trustworthy as I thought, and will read labels from now on. Do not buy the Panera Bread Mac and cheese!

Cheapest place to buy gas in the area 7-21. Masks not required for vaccinated guests. Plenty of parking and clean, well-stocked store. Fairly crowded on a Sunday afternoon but staff was efficient and friendly. This was a larger warehouse than my hometown COSTCO. Prices on paper products, coffee, and household items were significantly than anywhere else in LA.

I am so glad that Costco has opened a self-serve checkout option. It makes all the difference in the world. I can spend my time finding all the excellent products/bargains in-store and then when I am ready to checkout I can checkout quickly without any delay and GIGO (get in get out) faster than ever before.

This is a review on the customer service of this location, not of Costco merchandise itself. Unfortunately after sifting through reviews, it seems that rude, dismissive employees are the norm at this location and it's really sad because it has made my experience the last few times very unenjoyable. Need help finding something? Be ready for an eye-roll and over-exaggerated sigh if you even get an actual response. Want a box? Forget about it, they'll just dump your things upside down in your basket. Shopping with your spouse and only one of you has a card on you? Get ready to hold up the line and be ID'd. . Didn't realize our membership didn't include customer service. Such a bummer.

Today I went to your Burbank location and was trying to buy groceries for my household and also groceries for my grandmother and I have a Costco membership and my card and my grandmas card. The employee Marisa said I couldn't use my grandmas card so I obliged and continued to use mine and then she wouldn't let me use my OWN card saying i can't use it and implied my Id was fake. And when I asked to wait for a manger she called me an annoying a** chink so I don't appreciate that treatment!!! And this isn't the only time your employees have specifically treated me this way.

I had an interesting trip to Costco today. I went to the Burbank Costco today with a friend. She has gone to my neighborhood and other Costco stores with me and others and has used her EBT card in the past. However, today the Burbank store would not accept her card and said it was against policy. My friend is black. A supervisor explained that it was Costco policy. I pointed out that other Costcos had never required her to have her own membership to use her card. It struck me as extremely odd until I remembered that a friend who is married to a black woman told me that at this very same Costco had watched several people walk in without showing their membership cards, but when he and his wife walked in, she had to show her card. Is it just the City of Burbank? I had heard that it is one of the areas where you can get pulled over for driving while black, but this seems to support the really odd attitude. I have to say that it really hurt my heart to have this happen to her.

When everything else fails go to Costco so they say. Here at last I've arrived at Costco! Where every item is huge and bulky. Costco Wholesale is a huge warehouse that has plethora of stuff such as food, kitchen items, apparel, toiletries, produce, tele, outdoor gardening, skin and health products, drinks, and many more. They have different locations throughout LA county. I like this Burbank location. Prices are reasonable for all food/produce items since it's they're mostly come in huge bulk packages. Staff were helpful and followed health protocol. Parking lot is huge so finding parking was easy peezy. Overall, I recommend Costco and this location.

Betzabe in the pharmacy needs a job where she doesn't have to deal with people. She's very rude.

I've been here some many times!! Their customer service is amazing!! Their return department staff is also very nice and kind. The only thing I don't like about this location that it's very crowed all the time but logically speaking it's understandable because there are many people that are leaving in this area and only one Costco location.

Well organized warehouse, the employees are all doing their part in keeping the warehouse organized and stocked up for customers. Friendly and polite employees.

I have been a member quiet a while since 2005 after living in USA for more than 15 years I've started hating to go to Costco, their customer service is too bad ,members faces barely smile they don't loosen up your stressful shopping experience, specially when you have a limited time during your shopping and suddenly you realize that they changed the aisle of your items completely to a different spot. I always wondered ,this warehouse being this much huge why they don't try to make it easier for the shoppers to find their items ,like other grocery stores do hanging banners on each isle Instead of Non sense numbers ? Are they doing it on purpose so you spend more time looking for your items while they changed it and end up buying more stuff ? I suggested this to them a lot but I have a feeling by reading their eyes but they don't care in general the whole Costco corporation they don't care to make Customer service better or to make it easier and faster to shop. For example if you go to Trader Joe's they don't have a written instructions on each aisle but still workers are so many around you always ready to help and they help you until you find your item and they even ask do you need anything else? Today at Costco I spent 10 extra minutes trying to find spice aisle that they changed it, I lost hope and I found difficulty finding a crewmember to ask after finding a worker by chance he walked me halfway which wasn't a help because the spice wasn't there they told me they were out of it for four days . After all these years of experience I would rather go to Trader Joe's save time less stress than go to Costco in order to save a few dollars Because for me seeing smiley faces, fun people at the register and getting a good treatment and help all the time is much worthy than saving few dollars. I guess I should stop my membership .

Burbank location discriminates against those playing with EBT (Food stamp). During these trying times, I've shopped for my son who is disabled and has not been able to attend all the food shopping trips. His EBT card has his name but I'm authorized to use for him. I'm a Costco member and have made food trips for him at many different locations with out any issues. But today was a different story, this time he was able to accompany me, as he picked out the food he wanted we went to the register, I showed my Costco card and he swiped his EBT card, then the clerk said he had to verify the card that there is a "New Policy ". I'm thinking okay, no big deal. Well it was, a Supervisor was called, he explained that they were no longer allowing ppl with EBT to make purchases unless they had a Costco card under their own name. I was surprised, it was said that during the pandemic it was allowed but now it's not. I'm thinking WOW!! Is The Pandemic Over??? What a waste of time and energy, they didn't make an exception for us. They just asked to place him under my card, which I already have another family member name in my card. They advised him to get his own card, but he's disabled with limited income, why pay for another Card when our family already has one. Well we had to leave the cart full of picked out food, we were disappointed and discouraged to ever come back to Burbank Costco. My conclusion is they want to make more money, obligating those with limited resources to buy a card. They also want to weed out those with low income to not shop at that store. How sad. I feel it's a form of discrimination. Finally we opted to go to a Costco further from our home, where we were Welcomed, not discriminated. We will never shop there, nor will any of our friends and family. Has any one else experienced their "New Policy"?

With only ten minutes left to 10 am, they would not allow anyone in unless you were a first responder or 65 years of age and had everyone else stand in the under the sun to bake. Other costco that I have been to have open doors at 9:45 even if it says 10. It was very disappointing as some in line are a bit older but not 65.

BEWARE and ALWAYS check your products BEFORE you leave the store. I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Watch Active 2 for Valentine's Day. When the recipient opened the box in front of me... the watch was MISSING!! Only two chargers remained! So embarrassing! When I took it back to Costco and told them what happened they basically called me a liar and that there was NOTHING they could do. I am out $140+ (luckily it was on sale)... but seriously! There is a bigger problem here with employees taking products and giving customers empty boxes. I have been a member for 26 years and nothing like this has EVER happened to me! WOW! PSA... Check your products!!
