I am so glad that Costco has opened a self-serve checkout option. It makes all the difference in the world. I can spend my time finding all the excellent products/bargains in-store and then when I am ready to checkout I can checkout quickly without any delay and GIGO (get in get out) faster than ever before.
This is a review on the customer service of this location, not of Costco merchandise itself. Unfortunately after sifting through reviews, it seems that rude, dismissive employees are the norm at this location and it's really sad because it has made my experience the last few times very unenjoyable. Need help finding something? Be ready for an eye-roll and over-exaggerated sigh if you even get an actual response. Want a box? Cheapest place to buy gas in the area 7-21. Masks not required for vaccinated guests. Plenty of parking and clean, well-stocked store. Fairly crowded on a Sunday afternoon but staff was efficient and friendly. This was a larger warehouse than my hometown COSTCO. Prices on paper products, coffee, and household items were significantly than anywhere else in LA.
