I've been to Fantasia many, many times for well over 10 years now. It's a fun place to go for drinks and to play pool. Had many a good time there with groups large and small over those years. On Sunday 4-18-21 between 12 AM and 1 AM, a guy with a medium brown beard and baseball cap (didn't get the pleasure of his name) came out to the enclosed outdoor area and dropped a few "F bombs" while announcing to the customers there that we needed to leave asap. Our first and probably last experience here was a complete mess. We didn't have a long wait outside to come in because they were at capacity but after we were sat down, it took the server over 20mins to come and ask us for our drink order. She, at first, was energetic and seemed that her customer service skills were on point! When we asked if they had Cadillac Margaritas she asked if that was a shot!! Fantasia Billiards is one of the largest pool halls in the SFV. This place has an open layout with pool tables and flat screen T.V's throughout the hall. Pool table rentals are charged by the hour and waitresses are going around taking drink orders. This place serves beer by the glass or pitcher, with a good selection of beer on tap.
