Overall, the server seemed completely overwhelmed the entire time, the support staff didn't come by to clear a single thing, and the rolls were poorly made. The entire team needs work here. The service was absolutely awful. I think our first server was cut and didn't do a good job handing us off, because I had to flag down the other guy to order another roll and sake. 50% is still failing.Went to Fujiya for the first time with a friend for lunch. Seated immediately. I ordered the 5pc sushi combo with spider roll, she ordered the chicken lunch special with shrimp & tempura add on. My meal came out first in about 10 minutes, and I waited until her meal came out to start.And waited. They pay for reviews! As I was being seated the waitress said "they have a promotion", that if you leave a good review you get a free something. I watched her to table to table requesting good reviews! THIS IS NOT OKAY AND YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE TO TRY AND GET REVIEWS! It didn't dawn on me until the HORRIBLE SERVICE, why they must be doing this.
