Hank's is THE BEST. I have very strong opinons about bagels and these are honestly the best bagels I've found on the West Coast. Online ordering and pick is so easy, and the customer service is great.
I was going to pick up an order yesterday but got into a car accident on the way and called to say I wouldn't be able to come get it. This morning I ordered delivery and they recognized my name and added rugelach and a lovely note, it really made my day.
