My daughters visit this McDonald’s in burbank we live a few blocks away first of all, they messed up on my daughters order, and then one of the cashiers refuse to fix her ticket and give her a refund stating that they can’t do that which is nonsense but if that was not enough, my daughter had purchased a chocolate sundae, and when she arrived home as she’s trying to get a scoop from the bottom out of her Sunday, we found coins . Horrible experience! Didn't only get my order wrong but made some changes right in front of my eyes and were giving me the same order . When I said " NO" the woman threw it in the trash , another woman took it out from the other side and brought it back .... by this time the pancake was broken and the eggs � had shifted to one side ! DO NOT TRUST THESE PPL ! Not going back at this McDonald's EVER ! I don't recommend it either !
This place is sickening. . I found a roach in my daughters happy meal!!
