The food is sub par and I would never go back. However, I want to call out that the front employees were great. Very kind and seemed genuinely doing their best. Service 4/5Food 2/5 the BBQ taste like someone from another country's interpretation - just put sweet BBQ sauce on everything! The brisket was thin, unappetizing slices of meat. Just hire folks who can answer your questions about the menu or what comes with what your ordering. Ribs and sides were good. Just the service from the young lady who is at the cash register, needs a tickle. Otherwise the food was good.

Had a party yesterday and we used Ribs USA to cater. The price was not bad at all. We got for 40 people and had SO much left over that we're going to have pulled pork and homemade chicken salad for weeks. Everyone was munching on the ribs and the chicken and utilizing them was so no fuss and quite good. The staff was so helpful with our questions and needs. I would definitely cater with them again in the future.
