Parking: Limited street parking. Went while that block was busy so we had to lap it around twice before parking behind the building.

Fresh food, good and friendly customer service. One of the best subways that I have ever been to.

Before I even ordered the cashier tells me “We only have burnt bread. Is that ok?” Since I was on my lunch break I said fine. At the register the sandwich I ordered rang up $2 more than advertised on the board. I asked why is it a different price and the girl responded “It’s an old restaurant. They probably just haven’t changed the board in a while.” I told her that was false advertising and she literally just responded with a shrug of her shoulders. SMH.

Slow service just for a sandwich

Always closed. Even when the YELP app shows it's open. Don't waste your time. So disappointing.

Fascinating how it even says open on yelp but the reality of it is, they are closed now and they do this quite often. I would say 2 times every 2 or so weeks they are just closed even though it says open and gives no reason as to why. When I do get in, usually only 1 person is working. Sometimes they are in the back and I'm waiting for a bit before announcing myself. Appears that I offend them sometimes when I do this as they come out with a bit of a chip on their shoulder as I just inconvenienced them. Have arrived within a half hour from their open time and many times they don't have any of the 3 bread choices I like available. I'm not sure what is going on exactly but this is not the ideal subway location.

This place seems to be randomly closed during their normal opening hours. I've gone a number of times where the doors are locked (poorly I might add, I could probably pull them open if I wanted to but I can see that the lock is trying to hold the doors shut) and the lights are on hours before their posted closing time. They are a normal subway, nothing is exceptionally good or bad when they are open but will be a toss up for them to be open when you want to go.

I have been purchasing Subs from this franchise for 20 plus years since I work for Disney in the nearby tower building. The quality of customer service at this Riverside Drive location has suffered terribly in the past year. Wait times are long and they typically are out of the bread I like. Today however will be my last visit as the single worker on duty notified me after I had been in line for about 10 minutes that after he completed building the current customers sub he would be going on a 30 minute break and since he was by himself I would have to return in 30 minutes. There was no one behind me in line so I find it totally ridiculous that he couldn't postpone his break a few minutes and complete my sub after I had been waiting that long. Jersey Mike's will get my lunch money going forward.

Never going to this location again. I went in today on my 30 min break and I went in to order only 1 employee was working and no other customers were there. So I got there and started to order and he just was the slowest worker ever literally was counting how many salama , cheese ect. When I got there I had 22 min left for my break and by time time he made my sandwich I only had 11 min left for my break. I was getting so impatient and then he had to go fill up the Mayo so that took up extra time too I was just about to have him not even wrap it up because it was just taking to long. I never experienced a sandwich making take more than 5 min. Then he went to ring me up and told me to wait and started counting the cash and printing receipts like he couldn't do that the whole time when he was sitting there doing nothing but as soon as a customer comes this is what he does.

No one thinks Subway is like, fancy or some sort of luxury dining experience. It's basically quick and easy and cheap sandwiches, right? The whole Eat Fresh slogan is part of the brand, but I've had (literally) 4 sandwiches delivered from this location in the past month (for work, not my choice of location), and every time they've been stale. I don't know what that's about. 1 is an accident, 2 could be just bad timing, but 4? And ordering at different times of day, on different days of the week? I'm fine with Subway not being some sort of fancy dining establishment, but stale bread seems kind of antithetical to their whole brand. Anyway, switching to Jersey Mike's.
