Set downstairs in the little bar area. Are server was great the cocktails are legit. Apparently the bartender specialty is the Lemon Drop must try one. Had Bloody Marys and they did not disappoint. I can't speak on the food I have not personally tried it.Parking: Parking lot wraps all the way around the restaurant. And the street parking is also very close to the entrance.
I love Tally Rand. I have been going for several years and I keep going back for more. I love the food, the service and the family-like vibe. The freshness, the in-house made bread and muffins are to die for! They have a great full bar as well. One of their specialties is the turkey dinner ... check it out. I think you'll be pleased.

This restaurant is an old fashioned coffee shop/diner with hearty American food. The staff are friendly and kind.
