βThe restaurant is very clean and the food is tasty. My favorite is fried tofu, I cannot find this menu from any restaurant. Food presentation is very simple but very tasty. I do recommend fried rice, itβs simple and difficult to cook. _/\_β

βAuthentic Thai food, cute, polite! They have Vegan options! We got the Tum Kha Noon, a satueed jackfruit salad & it was PACKED WITH FLAVOR. We also had the Pad See Ew with tofu. It was Delicious. The wonderful lady there welcomes you in as if it's her home and she sent out a personal invitation for you. Abuela vibes for sure. I appreciated her making us feel so welcomed to be there. They are open very late, but space to dine inside is limited, so be mindful. Will definitely be going back and trying more dishes. Thank you again!β

βA small place packed filled with roasted duck deliciousness! The duck is tender with crispy skin and is accompanied by your choice of rice or jade noodles. I usually prefer jade noodles, but since they come stand alone topped with crispy garlic, it is a little bland if you do not douse it in the sauces that come with the duck and veggies. I think the rice would have made a tastier meal and would not feel disjointed. I also tried the spicy basil duck which was okay. The crab rolls are amazing. Overall, the duck was the star of the show snd worth the visit alone. You can get a half duck for two or a whole duck for a bit more of a bargain. Staff will also give you a cash/zelle price which will be less than a card price for your meal. There’s a couple small tables inside, counter seating, and a few more tables outside. Staff are nice and attentive.β

βOne of the best Thai food I had in LA. We had a group of 9 and the servers were very accommodating to get us a table. The food was awesome- we ordered Pad Thai, Panang Curry, Box of Prawns, Rainbow rice, crusted Salmon and Hot Mermaid. The food came out quickly and the service was great.β

βWe came here close to when it opened for lunch and had very little wait to sit, order, and get our food. We got the pad kee mao and shrimp wonton soup, both were very good. The wonton soup hit the right note of comfort food I was looking for! Highly recommend getting their thai iced tea too.β

βI'll give this place a ten star if I could; it's not your average hole in the wall joint! I tried the Spicy BBQ with shrimp fried rice and it was amazing! Even their Thai Tea was one of the best I've had in recent memories. The Shrimp fried rice had the perfect amount of fire taste: not too overpowering and not too subtle which was perfect. The amount was perfect as well: the thing was heavy for just one order. The Spicy BBQ also came with a dipping sauce that was very unique; it was citrous-y and fishy and it wasn't like anything I've tasted before which was amazing! For what it's worth, you can't go wrong with this place!β

βThai aunties run this place with their smiles and charm not young staff mindlessly running around. Food is truly authentic and menu offer surprisingly wide selection you do not easily find at other Thai restaurants. Many Thai patrions reassured my praise. Thai Central Cuisine is truly special.β

βI finally checked out Summer Buffalo after my sister kept raving about it had to see what the hype was about! I ordered the tofu pad Thai with extra sauce and the mango sticky rice.
The pad Thai was solid the extra sauce definitely helped. The mango sticky rice was good but I wish it was juicier? Maybe a bit more of the coconut sauce couldβve made it less dry. That said, the space itself is really cute dark, cozy, with a nice ambiance. And the staff is SO sweet and welcoming. Seriously, thank you for being so kind!
Not mind-blowing, but overall a really good experience. Iβd come back!β

ββββββ Authentic Thai Taste & Chef-Level Pad See Ew! πΉππ₯’
I ordered the Pad See Ew. I absolutely loved it and couldn't stop praising the dish! The flavor is so authentically Thai, it feels exactly like eating at one of those famous, top-tier restaurants back in Thailand.
What makes this dish truly special is that subtle, beautiful smoky flavor from the wok (Wok Hei). You can immediately tell that it takes a highly skilled, professional chef to master the heat and achieve this perfection. Another huge plus is that the noodles aren't overly greasy at all, unlike many other places we've tried. The balance is just right.
If you are looking for authentic Thai food crafted with the skill of a master chef, you absolutely have to try Lamoon. Highly recommended! 10/10!β

βA must-stop whenever I'm in the Valley. LaVo specializes in Thai fusion pizzas. The Thai Curry Chicken and Pad Kapao Gai (Spicy Basil Chicken) are standouts, and the Tom Yum Pizza is worth trying too. Spice is adjustable, which is great for groups with varying tastes. They also have a full Thai menu with a solid range of noodle dishes if pizza isn't your thing. Consistently excellent.β

βI came here on a rainy afternoon with no expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted so warmly. And then the food came.
You know that scene in Ratatouille at the end of the movie when the big food critic takes a bite and gets that flashback to his childhood? That warm, comforted, happy feeling? Thatβs exactly how this food made me feel.
It was hands down the best Thai food Iβve ever had in my life. Every bite tasted like real family, home-cooked love not just restaurant food.
The service was incredible. The woman there packed up my leftovers for me (something even a lot of βniceβ restaurants donβt do), opened the door when I left, and even offered to let me borrow an umbrella because it was still raining.
If you want authentic, family-style Thai food that makes you feel something, this is the spot.
100/10 experience.β

βIf you want authentic Thai food that is the style of Bangkok, this is the place. Khao Soi and Boat Noodle are specialty dishes and not always on the menu in your local Thai restaurant but this place has the best I've tasted. Very clean and reasonably priced, Boran is right at the beginning of Thai town here in Hollywood, give it a try... you will love it !β

βOMG this place is fire. Don't judge the restaurant by the exterior. It truly is a hole-in-the-wall, hidden gem. I was losing hope in LA restaurants (we're visiting from NorCal) but this was honestly the best Thai food I've ever had! We tried the Panang Curry with Tofu and the Drunken Noodles with Tofu. EXCELLENT VEGETARIAN OPTIONS!! Everything tasted homemade, authentic, and most of all, FRESH! I can't wait to return and try other dishes :)β
