The food is always good but had a problem with the manager. I had a coupon for a free birthday burger and the cashier forgot to apply it, so when I brought it up to them she was very rude, unprofessional and accused me of using it twice. I always visit the Downey location but since I was it this area I decided to stop by, I will not be going to the Burbank location again. Very dissatisfied.
I decided to get a Teriyaki Burger with white cheese added into it. We were given a beeper to let us know when our order was ready. There is a small condiment bar by the soft drink dispenser that contained different sauces and jalepenos and chilis to add to your meal. Highly recommend.

This place is always good. I have had various burgers and sandwiches here. What makes the sandwiches is the Ciabatta bun. Depending on the time of day, the wait for lunch can vary between no line to a 15 minute wait to order. But the kitchen is fast and they have a team that appears to be on top of things. They currently have a person there to fill your fountain drink too. Seating is somewhat space in this location. Its a corner unit that does have some outdoor seating too.
