Glad to have a Peets so close and we such a good location. We love coming here, having coffee together, maybe getting a treat and talking about life. Prices might be high, but sometimes it's worth it :)
I have been a customer of Peet’s for 25 years so obviously I love their product. Reason for this review (in the Burlingame location) is based on one employee’s ‘above and beyond’ service. His name is Luis and I believe he is the manager. Thank you Luis for acutely understanding what it means to take care of your customer.

Benjamin his the best one. In all Peet's coffee he did very nice job always I hope Peet's coffe CEO take care him because hard too found one. Work like him I give. Him more than 10 stars I went another Peet's coffe Istay like 40 minutes to get my order but with Benjamin no more lose time
