Self checkout menu that isn't always easy to navigate, and I thought I placed the order but it didn't process. Not their fault but had to go back in line and reorder after waiting for 10 min, oopsMatcha was decent, but didn't seem like they are focused on preparing it as some of the smaller shops do (didn't bamboo whisk for example)

This place was recommended by a friend that tries a lot of boba places. When I first tried it, probably something like an earl grey latte, I remember the tea to be quite strong. I wouldn't say it was that good. A few years later, I was pregnant and would go to Mills which is right across the street. I had gestational diabetes so I couldn't really drink boba drinks or drinks with sugar. I found out I was able to "cheat" by ordering either the hot milk with taro or hot milk with red beans because I'm pretty much drinking milk, and taro and beans are pretty much healthy for a pregnancy. It said that there was no added sugar in these drinks. No one told me this, but I tested it out and my glucose readings were within range, and my baby came out ok. I could also order these drinks warm since I wasn't suppose to drink cold stuff during pregnancy, and I usually prefer warm drinks anyways. Now that I am past all the pregnancy stuff, I still like the hot milk drinks. But today I saw an ad on the window for a fall special of hojicha latte starting 10/17. I love hojicha so I gave it a try, at 25% sweet (my standard) and no ice. It was pretty good. I would order it again. My husband ordered the mango lovers drink and it was good too. The mango drink is on the pricey side. Also, I don't like the clear boba that was in that drink. You can order your drinks through Yelp. There has been times they notified me my drink was ready and when I went in, it wasn't ready yet. You can also order your drink through a kiosk outside of the shop or inside using a machine. I don't think they actually take your orders in person. There is a sign at the door saying they don't take cash during covid. If you get the app, you can get buy 10 get 1 free. But I don't know why if you don't, I guess they don't offer this even though they are still tracking how many drinks I got. A final tip, if your order hot drinks, be careful of the lid. It falls off easily. I put it in the drink holder in my car and when I lifted the drink out, it kind of squished the side of the cup, making the lid pop off.

Awesome chill spot for boba and smoothies. You can order at the screens here. The inside is a comfortable atmosphere they even have a couple couch seats. The banana coconut smoothie is just what I needed. I enjoyed my experience here.

I'm rarely in this part of Burlingame and I live walking distance to like 10 boba places but if I'm in Burlingame or Millbrae, I would not hesitate to make a short detour here for the tea. As many have said, the boba is on point - some of the best I've had in a while. I got the "seasonal" hojicha latte and it was perfect . Not too milky or bitter or sweet. The staff was friendly. There are a few seats inside in a narrow space but I would prefer to take the tea to go.

Got a large black milk tea with boba 75% sweet with less ice for ~$5.50 before tax. Flavor is good and strong. A bit too sweet still so I might try half sweet or with full ice and let it melt a little more. I liked that the menu on the tablets (you must order on here or through the website that the poster QR code provides) tell you how much caffeine (high/medium/low) each drink has. Lots of kids roll through here after school. I came here to do some work on a Monday afternoon and there is a good amount of customers flowing through.

So many options at Tiger Tea and prices are fairly reasonable. With the extreme heat wave, kiddo tried Thai milk tea as a treat to cool off $5.50 -- a little on the small side so we opted no ice to get maximum beverage amount. It's a cute little place with one booth seating in the back. I think most people take their orders to go anyway. Drink was done fairly quickly. When the weather gets colder, I'd love to come try their hot drinks -- hot taro milk $7.25

Ordered boba here via Doordash after a friend said it was amongst the best boba spots in the Peninsula! Ordered the brown sugar boba milk tea at 50% sugar and less ice. The boba is on the softer side, and even though i don't usually get the brown sugar bobas, it didn't disappoint.I have seen brown sugar boba at other places not allow adjustment of the sugar and they always end up too sweet in my opinion. Happy that they let you alter it, especially if you're gonna calorie splurge on it!Service was great for delivery (aka they got the order right) and it was so speedy that the boba was still warm and fresh! Amazing amazing! There's some stiff competition for good boba in the peninsula, but it is definitely amongst the best!

Love the coconut pudding. But, their drinks are average.

While ordering sandwiches at Little Luca on Sunday, August 20, 2023, I saw Tiger Tea & Juice in walking distance, so decided to treat myself to some boba.Venue: Located on El Camino at the Burlingame Plaza, finding parking in the lot is no problem. The tea shop is pretty tiny with very little room at the counter for a line to grow inside. They do, however, have a small area towards the back with a couple of tables and chairs. The venue appeared to be clean and well kept. The posted menu above the counter is short and sweet. I don't have a problem with that, but I'm not a fan of an incomplete list of offerings - I noticed that several items that were advertised on their entryway windows were missing from the main menu. I don't understand this concept.Service: Ordering via a touch screen kiosk is encouraged here. This is not my favourite means of placing orders because I am a germaphobe and tend to ask a lot of questions. I didn't see any hand sanitizer available nearby, but a staff member was conveniently standing next to the kiosk. He was friendly and helpful in answering my questions and giving me a short tutorial on the ordering process. My drink was very quickly made.Drink: I ordered a Large Jasmine Green Milk Tea with Oat Milk, 50% Sweetness + Boba & Grass Jelly, Less Ice. My drink was yummy and the boba was perfectly chewy; however, the floral Jasmine flavour was a little too light. I prefer a stronger floral Jasmine taste.I love boba milk teas, so if I'm in the area, I will likely return. I want to try their Roasted Oolong Milk Tea.

Solid boba spot in a convenient location! I love the option to make any drink a "potted plant" (cheese foam topped with oreo crumbs and a mint leaf). You can order ahead via the Snackpass app for rewards and convenience. I ordered an earl grey tea with boba and the "potted plant" topping. On the pricier side with both of these toppings ($7.75 total), but the drink is creative and delicious! The menu warns that the drink is highly caffeinated. I ordered this drink at 3:30 pm and I'm still awake writing this at 5 am -- oops, use this information to your advantage. There's some seats and tables inside to chat and enjoy your drinks. There's also plenty of parking outside the complex and a few stores nearby.

There's what feels like a million boba spots in the Bay Area and this one stands out to me for ONE reason that I haven't seen anywhere else:The "potted plant" option for their drinks. GET IT I swear you won't regret it. It's made of a sweet cream and crushed Oreos with a little leaf of something, (mint?). It pairs very well with an iced matcha latte. 10/10.Other pro's: dairy alternatives, you order on an iPad so you can take your time on deciding, quick service, small & cozy place, little study area towards the back.Give this place a try!

Their mojitos (tea Virgin) are bomb--fresh mint, sparkling water ice sugar super fresh and ice minty yummy ... Let's not forget their watermelon mushier, juice and teas .. . Their coconut pudding served in the fresh ping coconut is pricey but worth every penny :-)

I love their milk teas, but I had a terrible experience at the Burlingame location. I ordered two of the same drinks, knowing that they are fixed and cannot be modified. But I had a simple request: could one of them be made without ice, since I was going to save it for later for someone? I stated I was willing to take less of the drink if that was the issue. The first employee refused, and the second employee was even more rude saying "no modifications" and glared at me. I felt like they didn't care about me as a customer at all.I usually go to the San Jose location, and I honestly think they have some of the best milk teas in the bay. Now I’m questioning going to any of their locations. This was my first and last time at the Burlingame one. I hope they improve their service. Can’t believe I even tipped them.
