I came here with a date and the later with family. I loved this place!! We felt so welcomed and they didn't hurry us to leave when we stayed past their closing. (We didn't realize how late it was :c ))They were so gentle and kind and even spoke to us with a lovely conversation.The food is very good! It's my second time eating and wow I have missed out. The flavor of their spicy is savory. So it doesn't burn you for the sake of burning. It's just tasty!It's on the 14-19$ per dish side. Tho their is cheaper options. Unlike other places I think the price is very just. Even more so that they make it fresh not just having it their like other places.Love the cheese bread thing. Im sorry I forgot the name. AnywaysLove it. Will come again each time I have money for it

We (3 friends ) just had a Valentines dinner at this restaurant, and the Indian food was sublime! The menu was extensive, the service was friendly, and the owner came to our table several times, I can’t wait to go back!There’s also a little area in the rear where they sell specialty items related to their culture ie; hats, bracelets and small statues as well.I highly recommend, If you like Indian food, you’re gonna LOVE it here, yes, right here in Camarillo!
Regrettably, this restaurant warrants avoidance due to the unsettling presence of a waiter who exudes an aura of unease and a staff marred by inappropriate behaviour, particularly towards women, creating an environment devoid of safety and comfort. The pervasive sense of discomfort stemming from the waiter's eerie demeanor and the staff's inappropriate conduct renders this establishment unsuitable for female patrons seeking a sanctuary of dining tranquility. In light of these disconcerting elements, prudence dictates steering clear of this venue to ensure one's well-being and uphold the standard of dignified dining experiences deserving of all.

Where to begin? I wanted a place where 20-25 of my cohorts could gather and be loud with great food and service. I called this place in advance, they agreed on individual checks, and it all worked out perfect. 16 of us total showed up, they had table ready for us, and the best staff to ensure we all got taken care of. I love their naan and had the mango curry lamb with saffron rice, plus a Taj Mahal beer. The lamb was impressive over the rice. There was mango ice cream so I had that for dessert. This is what impressed me the most: it came shaped like a pie but already cut making it easy to share.Yes, this is a small place, hard to find. You can drive by it every day and never see it, but it's worth the visit. It's worth going back to again and again. And to me, that's what makes it fantastic.

The best place in Ventura county to have Indian food! Taste, quality and service is absolutely wonderful! This family owned restaurant is our goto place for parties and events!
So my husband and I are Punjabi and tried this place out we wanted authentic food! We were very disappointed with the paneer so heavy!!! I got the Tikka chole chaat sooo bland!! I told them I wanted spicy. I also got the chole Frankie wrap another very bland option I threw away. It's now a couple of hours after eating here and my stomach is upset. I hate giving bad reviews but this was definitely needed since I'm very upset about my stomach issues. Waste of money
Butter chicken was so good and flavorful ! Rice was fluffy to perfection and the samosas were exceptional with a hint of heat added to them. Only thing I didn't really enjoy was the mango lassi, it had an odd flavor to me but everyone has different taste buds. Definitely try this place!

It seems they've removed vegan options from their menu? They used to have a great selection of vegan choices but those aren't on there anymore... Makes me wonder if they weren't so vegan-friendly, after all... /:
