One Star Review 2/6 Evening StaffI am extremely disappointed and appalled by the behavior of the staff at Jersey Mike's during our visit tonight. My daughter, a frequent customer, placed an order over the phone and when we arrived to pick it up, the staff members began mocking her order in a way that was both unprofessional and downright disrespectful. This not only created an incredibly uncomfortable environment but also left my daughter feeling embarrassed and unwelcome.It's beyond me how employees of such a well-regarded establishment can exhibit such a lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. Their behavior tonight was unacceptable, and it deeply concerns me that this is how customers are treated. This incident has made it very clear that the staff at this location are in dire need of training on how to treat customers with respect and dignity. You never know who is around and listening boys!Management needs to be aware that the conduct of their employees has directly resulted in losing a loyal customer.- It's disheartening to see such disregard for customers, and I hope that immediate action will be taken to address and rectify this issue to ensure that no other customer has to endure such an unwelcoming experience.

Every time I order online I pick up my food after the pick up time and it's never ready. My sandwich seems to sit off to the side with no toppings while they serve everyone else in line that got there way after I placed my online order. I should lower my expectations.

On my most recent visit, I was picking up an online order. All details were listed for my two sandwiches. Sandwich number one had oil and vinegar, I asked for none of that. I asked for Mayo and honey mustard on both sides. The second sandwich I asked for an extra side of oil and vinegar, the sandwich was dry and there was no side of anything in the bag. I took the sandwiches back and had them re-made. The first sandwich was dry, no Mayo and no mustard as requested. They also did not put any tomatoes on the sandwich. The second sandwich had all of my Mayo and my mustard ( which is gross on and Italian sub). They also did not put the side of oil and vinegar a second time.

Went in to Jersy Mike's at Santa Rosa in Camarillo and ordered a tuna sandwich. I asked this Asian young man why the lettuce is brown his reply is its oxidized and to not worry about it. The lettuce was gross I frequent this place a lot Ever since Vanessa let it has not been the same. I will not go back.

This is the worst location I’ve ever been to. They don’t know what they are doing. I ordered a sub in a tub and they didn’t even cut the meat or cheese up just threw it on top of the lettuce. Every other location has cut up the meat and cheese. When I asked them if they could cut it they said that they don’t do that here. They just wanted to play with their legos lol. Ridiculous. I would give 0 stars if that was an option.
Good sandwiches with freshly baked bread. Small shop so done in is basic seating or during cooler months one can sit outside!

Been going to this Jersey Mike's for years and enjoyed it but in the past couple yrs it has gone down hill. Today was the finale -- poor service, VERY RUDE server and stale bread. I went in and stood for 5 min and noone else was there . Was making up sandwiches for call in I guess. The rudeness was the worst. Time before I called ahead and when got the sandwich home there was only meat on stale bread. Absolutely nothing else. And there has been other instances but I have had enough -- no more Jersey Mikes for me.

I got a sandwich, but the bread was just not it. It was extremely hard and flakey and I could quite literally hit it with my knuckle.All the insides of the sandwich were great and the customer service was great as well, but that bread was just :/
