SCAM ALERT. This Subway location charges money for any sandwich made WITHOUT CHEESE. I was charged .95 cents extra on my 6" sandwich for not selecting a cheese. I am lactose intolerant and cannot eat cheese. I checked my receipt and went back inside to demand a refund. The worker defended his actions by saying "the charge is automatic". This is a blatant lie, as the "No Cheese" option has to be entered MANUALLY on the register. Very greedy store owner..How are you charging customers for NOT USING ingredients? Maybe this store should start charging extra $ if you do not want any Mayo or dressing on your sandwich! Also they DO NOT accept coupons, so be aware. Lost mine and my families business forever, nice job being greedy and scamming customers!

Plain ham footlong on white bread no combo .got charged $12.50Turkey footlong with lettuce and some mayo no combo got charged $12.50I paid a total of $25 for 2 sandwiches The manager was nice but he overcharges !! Not okay I won't be coming here again!

Terrible turkey sandwich with barely any turkey ( 2 slices in a 6 inch flat bread). Being I usually discard most of the bread, this was a very expensive fast food sandwich. This guy is a rip off. Not sure how he is in business. I am sorry I tipped him.

I've came to this location a few times and it was closed. I came in today with my family to order lunch as I had a coupon for three foot longs for 17.99. The only reason I came here was because I had the coupon. Since inflation things have gotten quite expensive. I wish I would've known that. They didn't accept coupons here because I would've went to a different subway. I've never been refused to use a coupon. That subway doesn't make sense to me, I ended up paying double of what the coupon was because the man wouldn't except it. I will never go to this subway again. On top of this they were out of avocado for my veggie sandwich.

Went here yesterday after my son begged me to stop there. I was overcharged. Reading other reviews apparently this is normal. I was charged for cheese that I asked to be put on my meatball sub. I was charged for extra cheese for the pizza I ordered. I brought this up after seeing the receipt and the guy said "Oh that's how I do it." I said cheese pizza is supposed be $6.75". You charged me for a veggie pizza and extra cheese. I pointed to the sign that had the price and he fought me on it. I said, "that's false advertising." He said "well you saw me put extra cheese." I said, "yeah but I didn't ask for it." He finally refunded me the money but it was a fight.

WOW WOW WOW. THIS PLACE IS JOKE. MY DAUGHTER ORDERD SALAMI SANDWICH WHEN SHE CAME TO CAR SHE SAID DAD THE SALAMI LOOKS FUNNY. I TOOK LOOK AND YES SALAMI WAS GREEN AND GRAY. SO WE EENT BACK INSIDE AND ASKED TO HAVE MONEY BACK. THE MANAGER SAID NO??? He is like what’s wrong. I said the salami looks nasty and you are yelling at us and we not happy with food we got. He said no money back call the police if you want. And after I saw how it looks like inside very nasty and vegetables and meat and cheese looked nothing like Subway store. Also they didn’t have Swiss cheese. So after 15 minutes trying to talk to him off us getting our money back my daughter ask if she can have couple drinks instead sandwich worth $12 he said yes so we got 2 sprite bottles and small apple juice box for $12. This was most expensiveness sprite I paid in my life. SO I WANT EVERYONE TO THINK HARD BEFORE YOU GO AND GET FOOD AT THIS PLACE. BECAUSE IF YOU FIND ANYTHING WRONG WITH YOUR SANDWICH YOU WILL NOT GET REFUND OFF YOUR MONEY AND MANAGER WILL YELLED AT YOU AND TRY TO CONVINCE YOU THAT IS HOW YOUR SANDWICH SHOULD LOOK. So please please think twice and read your reviews before you go eat somewhere. As for me and my family you want see us ever back to this location also will tell my friends and family about my experience at this store. Plus I really care about everyone at this planet so I will be also calling health department to see if they can check this place and make sure we are getting clean and good food they way it should be. I visited this Campbell Subway twice, the first time I ordered a turkey sandwich chips and a cookie. I noticed the person helping me took the cookie out of the case and put in the microwave? turns out he does this to soften them up because the are a old. I also noticed the bread was hard , they are suppose to bake bread fresh daily this is no happening at this location. If you care about your health stay away from this Campbell location if he is doing this with his cookies and bread he is doing it with the meat too.

If I could give this place a zero I would. Owners are rude and obnoxious. Coupons sent out to the neighborhood are not accepted here. Will never visit this store again. Subway franchise should really take a look into this as it's a poor example of their business.

I bought a 6" sub and a bag of chips and they charged me $11 for it and I checked the receipt after and they overcharged me for everything, they added an extra amount of cheese on there and it wasn't even the sandwich that I ordered. The menu said $7, not 8.50

2/22/2022: Wow! Received coupons in mail for SUBWAY and went to use it and this store doesn't take coupons. What's the deal with that? If your a franchise don't you have to follow corporate policies? Why use the name if your not going to allow coupons issued by the company I guess this place isn't good like TOGOS or IKES. Trying to support local business but I guess I will go to TOGOS up the street since this subway doesn't take coupons.
