A word of warning! If you think you're going to save time by placing a mobile order, think again! I placed an order that was supposed to be ready at 6:10. I walked out of there at 6:32 with my order and by the way, they were out of chips and lettuce! How can that even happen? There was a long line, and when I first walked in, I was super happy that I had already placed the order and was able to pick it up. However, it wasn't. like I said it was 22 minutes late and the entire line got serviced before me. So much for placing a mobile order ! This place is not managed well and has plenty of staff in front, but apparently none in the back doing mobile orders! I would not recommend that you place an order at this place, especially on a Friday night! oh and if you try to get in touch with Customer Sevice, you can forget about getting any kind of help - you get a robot named Pepper who doesn't do anything. Oh and the chips we did get? They were stale.---- and this response from the business from Fia? It goes right back to the hot Pepper who doesn't do anything. Thanks for nothing, Fia!

Carne Asada tasted off and the Mexican cola I ordered was somehow lukewarm straight out of their fridge. I would not recommend based on my one my experience.

Lunch time on a Wednesday afternoon at a nearly deserted Westfield Plaza food court. I went to the Chipotle stand and saw their delicious looking line-up of food (beef, pork, chicken, etc.) all spread out. I asked the teenager behind the counter which of the meats were spicy and he was sorta-kinda not sure which was and wasn't. I asked if I could have a sample of the beef to see if that was spicy or not (I don't like spicy). He immediately says, "NO!", despite the fact there are sample cups right in front of him! I said, "I can't have a sample?" He repeats, "NO!" and leaves it at that. No reason WHY, no explanation, just a flat NO. What? Were they gonna run out of food? There was nobody around anywhere! What is Chipotle teaching their employees??!!

There is no section on the order screen to remove items from the dish, I ordered a protein bowl, I needed the fewer sauce removed and there is no section for the request. I called the restaurant and they do not have a direct line and the gal informed me that she couldn't give it out...no more

The manager was so rude and gave me an attitude. Watch out for the tall white man (manager), he has a terrible attitude and is rude. I won’t be coming here again. I wouldn’t go if I were you.

So through the years ive noticed the quality and portion of chipotle going down and the price going up. At one point many years ago i was a fan so i decided to give this location a chance. I got charged 13$ for a asada burrito and they handed me a rice burrito. I saw exactly the proportions they poured the meat was half of the rice and beans. Completely rip off.

Just had the worst experience at a chipotle after 20 years as a customer. I always get a chicken burrito with everything on it, and today was no different. However, as I finished paying, I noticed that my burrito hasn't been finished and that the female employee with the glasses who prepared it was now verbally complaining about having to re-wrap my burrito in front of all the staff and customers.I was very ashamed for having ordered such a large burrito, and immediately felt my stomach sink and lost my appetite. I was very embarrassed. I then requested to return my food and get a refund, which was agreed to.I am thankful for that, but I will not return to this Chipotle with such a liability like that working on the front line. I hope other people learn to expect such belittling treatment when they order certain items here.

So here is my thing I want to get what I lay for. I order 3 tacos and a bowl and this guy puts 2 small pieces of chicken and I tell him that's all and he said sorry that the oz we supposed to put and I tell him wow and that way you guys charge all this money and he says sorry cant do nothing about it. Am lole wow . I swear if i can give it a 0 start o woulf Am on my lunch brake have no time to go nowhere else so I took it as is. Don't come here. I know am never coming here.

Was here last week and could not believe the caliber of employees working. Upon standing in line I was rudely told that I would have to wait. Once I acknowledged the server she then prioritized an online order. As she finished the bowl she threw it down the assembly line and the guacamole fell off and I heard her tell the cashier " I don't care if they complain about how it looks, it's going to end up in their F*****g stomach. Once she said that she then asked me for my order and seemed bothered the entire time. Once my order was complete, the manager walks out from the back with a trainee and then starts to gossip with the employees leaving me at the register waiting to check out.Based on the reviews listed the management team needs to be coached appropriately and they need to re train interviewing skills because the employees working are rude, condescending and not welcoming.

Honestly they completely f***** up my last order hard core. I thought maybe give them a second chance but they f***** up even worse. I would never order from here again. And you shouldn't. I was in the restroom and an employee came out with our washing his hands. I love chipotle but this spot needs new management or employees

This was the worst stuff I ever dealt with. They were unhappy. They were rude, and they were not giving good service. If they are not happy working, they shouldn’t be dealing with the customers. Everybody behind the counter was extremely rude all the customers.
