A word of warning! If you think you're going to save time by placing a mobile order, think again! I placed an order that was supposed to be ready at 6:10. I walked out of there at 6:32 with my order and by the way, they were out of chips and lettuce! How can that even happen? Lunch time on a Wednesday afternoon at a nearly deserted Westfield Plaza food court. I went to the Chipotle stand and saw their delicious looking line-up of food (beef, pork, chicken, etc.) all spread out. I asked the teenager behind the counter which of the meats were spicy and he was sorta-kinda not sure which was and wasn't. There is no section on the order screen to remove items from the dish, I ordered a protein bowl, I needed the fewer sauce removed and there is no section for the request. I called the restaurant and they do not have a direct line and the gal informed me that she couldn't give it out...no more
