Would highly recommend Eat Prept Meal service! My favorite part of this meal service is the clean ingredients, and everything comes perfectly portioned for easy heating at home. Always 30 grams of protein per meal, which is very important to me. I appreciate that each of the meal options are gluten free, seed-oil free, and limited dairy (exactly how I cook at home!). Like many others, at this point I've tried many meal prep options, and wasn't happy with any of them. Enter Eat Prept Meals. These meals taste like they were individually prepared with care - they are delicious and have a lot of flavor. We are very picky eaters and this is the only option I'd use in the future. The customer service is on point also. I'd encourage you to give it a try and see the difference for yourself.

These meals are a fantastic way to ensure you always have a healthy, high-quality, balanced meal on hand, even when you're too busy to cook. Nothing to prepare - just heat and eat. Flavors are great too. Highly recommend.
