Where to even start with this bakery! Wow, I had Barbara cater the desserts for my wedding and I am so thankful I did! I wanted gf, vegan, no processed sugar, and no refined oils in my desserts - that still tasted amazing. And Plantiful Kitchen deliver! I was so scared to become gluten free, the fact this place existed when I started researching made my life so much easier and made me feel so happy. I appreciate that they don’t use refined sugar, which is something I feel very passionate about. I love the bagels, I’d reccomend slicing them in 3 pieces instead of 2.
