“Silver Sake “Where Everybody Knows Your Name”. This is the go to place for sushi. It’s more than good food. It’s an experience. The staff from chefs, wait staff, to kitchen staff, greet, engage you with friendly smiles. The food is always amazing my kids enjoy their chef choice (Omakase) rolls. Matter of fact we always leave it up to the chef to make whatever they see fit to serve us. Never been disappointed and always left our appetites pleasantly satisfied. When it’s time to leave, as you walk out the doors, you’re always sent off with “ We’ll See You Tomorrow”. It takes every ounce of willpower to not return the next day.

And our waitress - whose name I unfortunately did not catch - was thoughtful, friendly, and hospitable; which is rare these days. “Very disappointed - although lamb shank was falling off the bone- the oily bland brown gravy was not helped by more salt and few uncooked mushrooms. The side vegetables - broccoli and can string beans - were overcooked, mushy dull green. The cropped tomatoes on the Greek salad were spoiled and should have been thrown out. There are better Mediterranean/Greek restaurants in Sacramento than this one. Dining area is in the bar - not a very good dining experience for conversation.”

“I told them I am fully vegan and they told me all the vegan options. I am having a delicious sandwich with vegan Dutch Crunch bread, vegan cheese, sprouts, lettuce, vegan mayo and vegan cheese and I also ordered vegan potato salad. I can't wait to come back and try more things, especially their vegan donuts! By 11:45am their donuts has arrived I went back right away and got some. “Generous portions, perfectly cooked shrimp, and flavors that hit every note, pure magic! This restaurant is my mom's favorite (she and her bestie are regulars), and I was lucky enough to catch them before they left so I could place a to-go order. My go-to test at any Mexican restaurant is the Camarones al Mojo de Ajo (garlic butter shrimp), and I was thrilled to see it on the menu here. Ordering takeout is always a gamble since you're not at the restaurant if something isn't right but I believe quality should be consistent whether dining in or taking food to go. Thankfully, this place delivered in every way. The shrimp were succulent, large, not skimpy, and cooked perfectly. The garlic butter was rich and flavorful without being overpowering, and the sautéed onions balanced it all out. Even the refried beans stood out (something many places surprisingly get wrong). The rice was fairly standard...on the drier side but when mixed with the beans and that delicious garlic butter from the shrimp, it turned into a whole new level of flavor. That's how I made my burritos (that's how I eat this plate, I have to wrap it all up in a flour tortilla. Let me tell you, it was absolute magic! Portions were generous, I could tell the meal was thoughtfully prepared, and every bite was pure satisfaction. The only downside was the styrofoam packaging (I'm not a fan of that), but it didn't take away from how incredible the food itself was. This restaurant easily earns my seal of approval. I'll definitely be ordering from here again because when I say the food was amazing with a capital A, I mean it!”

I prefer their Hawaiian Pizza to one of their competitors nearby.

I recently visited this pizza shop, and it was amazing! The pizza was so good – everything was delicious. The crust was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The cheese and sauce were flavorful, and the toppings were fresh. I had the combination pizza, garlic pizza, and taco pizza, and they were all perfect.
They have a lot of pizza choices, so you can find something you like. They also have something new and different – a Nutella pizza with strawberries and bananas on top. It’s so delicious! The garlic knots were also really tasty – warm, buttery, and soft.
The staff were friendly and quick. The place has a nice, relaxed vibe, making it great for a meal with friends or family.
I highly recommend this pizza shop if you want tasty food and great service. I’ll definitely go back!”

“I go here about once every two weeks . I love the food or just for the shake with the boba . I recommend this restaurant to neighbors who live in the neighborhood and bring people from out of the state when visiting . The atmosphere and cleanliness is impeccable . The receptionist / waitress has got to be the most unfriendliness person I have ever met in my 84 yrs of life . It is impossible to even get a friendly smile let alone words or a “thank You” . It is a big turn off. I have neighbors who will not go there because of her. It is hard to ignore .”

She said her name is Ashley, and she made the night for us. She had good suggestions when my wife wanted to try a new drink, and I loved her taste in music. The other patrons who seemed to know her already were very friendly, too. Definitely going back when she works.”

“We had a fabulous dinner here. We spent almost 3 hours since we were with family we hadn't seen in a while. We shared an appetizer and then my husband and I shared the garlic asiago crusted chicken. It was one of the best restaurant entrees I've had in a LONG time and we had leftovers to boot. Our server Cat was very attentive and friendly. We're only in town 2 days and we're considering going back tomorrow. Highly recommend. Oh, and the blood orange IPA was excellent. Prices were reasonable for both food and beer.”

“Feels like an upgrade to willies burger that was here prior! Burgers were great, we got the double with lettuce and tomato. Really fresh, the buns are delicious. My kids got the grilled cheese in the PBN J and they each enjoy both.
The service was great and the food came out quickly, which is important with two young kids. They also have the QR code at the table to order from your phone, which is also a nice feature with small children.
The indoor is basically the same as Willies, but they’ve done a nice job upgrading the outdoor space. We do miss the kids toys, but there’s space for them to roam around and small trees for them too enjoy trying to climb in.
Will definitely be a weekend favorite!”

“Stopped in here for lunch with my family, to start the girl who took our order was very nice and friendly, you order from the bar and find a seat and they bring over your food. Was on the pricey side, a Patty melt, cheeseburger, basket of fries, beer and bloody Mary was 52 bucks, the food was delicious and might bring me back for a second visit. It was a beautiful view looking out to the finely manicured grounds, now some cons, it was extremely loud inside, which made conversation difficult and the worst part was it was full of middle aged golfers that couldn't stop starring at me and my family, like we infiltrated there secret lair, hey golfer guys it is a public restaurant so take your eyes of me and look someplace else. All in all was a nice lunch”

“This is your good ol reliable neighborhood dive bar. They do not serve food but allow you to bring in a snack to munch on (Little Ceasars is next door). Friday nights are great with a DJ who plays a variety of popular music including old school and the current popular music. The crowd is extremely diverse in age and cultures. I have never witnessed an issue or confrontation in this bar but they do have a security person checking IDs. Bartenders are friendly and the drinks are not weak or expensive. You feel like family when you come to this bar as the patrons are super welcoming and friendly. If you just want a chill and super casual vibe, some good music, and an adult beverage, this is definitely the place. See you there! :)”

“Blue Sky is one of our favorite Chinese food restaurants and has been ever since we moved into Carmichael in 2016. The owner there is extremely friendly and greeting with a huge smile and I feel hugged when I walk in. It helps to know that we order take out there at least once a month. Our favorites are honey walnut chicken and we ordered the sauce to the side because we have leftovers and we often times like to reheat the chicken. But it's hard to reheat the chicken the next day because the sauce makes the chicken soggy. They're happy to keep the sauce on the side. We also love their Deluxe string bean combo. I like to ask them to add extra green beans which they do. Everything we've ordered there is fantastic. They have the best Chinese mustard in town.”

Got to meet the owner back then and had the pleasure of meeting the grandson today at their Lincoln location. I highly recommend this restaurant for its food as well as customer service. Sweet and Sour pork was ok and had no pineapple in it which was odd. Chewy and not great tasting pork. Chow mein was good. Broccoli beef was good. Really 3.5 stars so 4 stars os generous. We won't be back. $55 for 4 items is insane. Sorry.”

“We went to this location's drive thru yesterday around 2:30 or so and were told by the person taking orders that there was something wrong with drive thru ordering and to please come inside. I went inside and instantly noticed the workers were slammed which was the real reason they were not taking drive thru orders. The drive thru order taker was needed on the line. I worked food service for about 25 years, including diners, so I understood the real reason the drive thru wasn't working. No big deal. I realized a big part of the problem was that most of the orders were HUGE DoorDash orders. And more Door Dash delivery drivers were coming in constantly. BK simply does not have the staff to handle such a big work load and in the end this will bite them in the butt. It took about 15 minutes before I even got to order. This is not a slam, but a simple fact. There were people on the line freaking out, calling other workers to come in to help, people on the line threatening to walk out because they couldn't handle it. After I finally got my order in it was another 25 minutes as I noticed 4 FAMILIES and a Door Dash delivery guy who order AFTER me got their orders before I got mine. During this time there was a young man who had to leave the burger make station to help package fries and nuggets. I had noticed that he was wearing gloves but had reached into his pocket to get his phone at least 3 times. He became frustrated with the tongs necessary to grab the nuggets, sat it aside and said he was just going to use his hands. As someone who has been ServSafe certified in food safety and sanitation I immediately spoke up and said "Change your gloves, you have had your hands in your pockets at least 3 times." He asked what I said and I repeated. He left the line while removing his gloves and stayed in the office for most the rest of the time I was there. Also, during this 2 workers, Tiera and a male with long dreads, strolled in like an old lady with no sense of urgency while the other workers were panicking to get caught up. Tiera had a large afro popping out about a foot above her visor. Another health violation. She should have a net on her hair if it is not pulled back or covered by a hat. I saw neither of the two go to a hand washing sink before eventually going to help on the line. Another violation. I have nothing against these two employees. Tiera was really nice to me and i'll explain soon. But the manager should have done more managing although I appreciate she was actually helping. The other girl had to run an order out to someone parked and came back with two packs of chicken nuggets in her hand and put them BACK under the heaters. 3rd violation. Once food leaves the line and is bagged it does not go back on the line to be served to someone else. It is to be tossed into the trash. Once the 4th person that ordered after me got their food before me I approached the other girl working the line who took my order but was bagging the food at the time and asked why. She was rightfully exasperated, not at me, but at having skipped me. That's cool, relax, breath, I just want my food. She immediately got my order together and handed it to me. When I got to the car I noticed I had someone elses order along with part of my order, the two Whoppers from a 2'fer coupon. I asked to add cheese and no catchup. I got catchup but no cheese instead. I took them back in and told the girl and she had the guy with dreads make me two new burgers and properly tossed the two wrong burgers in the trash. While waiting Tiera asked if I would like a drink while waiting. She was really nice and apologetic. After receiving the two new burgers I went back to the truck, opened them up and both had no catchup, but only one had cheese. Not willing to go through this again we just sucked it up and went on about our day. I will still order from this establishment in the future. But they either need to get more people or they need to stop accepting Door Dash and other similar orders. It's too much for the sma”

“Typically I go through the drive through early morning, I drive uber. Almost always order a breakfast burrito, they're so cluckin' good man. Ham, egg and cheese burrito is my number 1. Its about $12 after taxes, and the burritos are huge, easily enough for two people. They're food is always good, I think they take great pride in it. Great salsa too. Haven't gone other shifts but the late night/early morning crew kick butt.”
