“I recently discovered this bakery and I've been back at least once a week since. The service is excellent and personal. I love a family run small business! I can see into the kitchen and see a Nonna and Poppa making my pastries and so the food is top tier. ? I especially love the Blueberry scone and a new to me treat, Gata. All the pastries, I've tasted have been wonderful (cookies, cinnamon rolls, etc)Parking: It's in a shopping plaza on a main road, but I often get parking right in front of the bakery.Kid-friendliness: My kids love their cinnamon rolls, chocolate chip and snickerdoodle cookies.“
“Get yourself here to try some of the delectable gelato flavors. Each one we tried was delicious and we can't wait to get back to try more. They also offer banana splits, shakes, and affogatos. The coffee used for the affogato was not my favorite (but the gelato more than made up for it). Keeping the 5 stars since it was good, but I'm just kind of a coffee snob (went to coffee tasting classes and brew small batch, freshly ground beans in a French press daily). Overall, great service and ambience with good quality product. Highly recommend.“

“Just amazing location, that always does a great job! Great pastries, coffee, breakfast lunch sandwiches. Amazingly friendly staff and atmosphere, young man at the counter with dark hair took my order and I made mistake and he fixed my order with no problem. Great management!“
“This location is very close to my house so I frequently visit. It was particularly busy today, but as I was leaving, I noticed the manager was out getting carts, some people might complain that oh he should've been helping on the registers, but anybody who's worked in retail knows that the last thing Manager wants to be doing is rounding up carts. He easily could have pawned the task off on a cashier and stepped in for them. It was nice to see him out doing whatever needs to be done to keep the store running smoothly. I believe his name is Dylan but I'm not certain. Previously they had obnoxiously loud pages for phone calls but those have subsided and are at a reasonable volume level now. TLDR : Manager works hard and takes care of his employees and the store is pleasant to shop in every time I go.“
“I've been shopping in this store several times and they are always friendly. When I order food to go, it's hot and made fresh. There is great variety and I know I can always get niche/specially items here that I can't find anywhere else. Personally, I don't understand why the reviews aren't higher. They're always busy with customers and courteous to everyone. I'm glad I have such a great shop within walking distance.“
“There are many things that make Moonbelly special, but here are 2 that stand out the most to me.First, every pastry that isn't a cookie or a loaf is made with a beautifully laminated croissant dough. This is not necessary and could totally be done with cheaper pastry for everything other than the croissants, but it is incredibly delicious and luxurious.Second, nearly every day they have a pastry that is savory but does not have meat or eggs. To have a consistent pastry option with veggies in it is genuinely what gets me out of the house to go to Moonbelly.Vegetarian options: They have savory pastries that are vegetarian (not vegan) on the daily, and it is awesome. Veggies and cheese nestled into flaky croissant dough is my favorite way to start the day.“
“I'm sitting here dreaming of eating a Caring Kitchen cookie so I thought I'd leave a review. Everything here is great, but do yourself a favor and buy (at least) one of every cookie because, WOW! The texture is exactly what you'd imagine the perfect cookie to be, and it's consistent every single time. The rotating flavors are always amazing. Even if you don't have to eat gluten free or vegan for health reasons, you'd still be blown away by all the items here! I live over an hour away and it's worth the drive. After I finish my treats I immediately start plotting my next trip. I hope they never leave.Dietary restrictions: Everything is gluten free and vegan!“

Tasted homemade Chili Colorado w papás had decent flavor. Not like I'm used to but good. I just wish there was more flavor to it and a tad more serving size. I marked down 1 star for no CC and small serving size. Good neighborhood staple“
“I love pie by far has the best pie in Carmichael. Hands-down, the customer service is great, the pie is delicious, and an added bonus is getting to meet the pie shop owner almost every visit! If you have not tried this pie, you’re missing out.“
