“We came here on a whim since we were driving into the area. I'm so glad that we chose this mom&pop location opposed to the other korean restaurants nearby. The parking situation is a bit awkward, it isn't located in the best area but it's fine as long as you find a spot right in front of the building. Upon arriving, there were only two other parties which indicated that they weren't really busy. We sat down with big appetites, so we were ready to try out different dishes. It seemed like there was just a wife and husband behind the counter and kitchen. It was a very friendly atmosphere and it was almost like being at home.Everything that we ordered was absolutely delicious and filled us up. Next time, I would order the gochujang sauce on the side since it made the wings a bit soggy after a few minutes. There were so many sides that it filled up the entire table. I love how there was unique banchan that I never had before which made the meal taste even better. I would definitely recommend this place!“

“Popped in because I realized I'd never had korean food outside of Korean bbq and I like trying new things. My server was very helpful and happy to answer my questions. I decided on the dolsot bibimbap, which comes in a very hot iron bowl. When she brought it out she explained that I should mix it with a spoon and that I should try it without the sauce first. She also pointed out the sauce was spicy.Initially I thought I'd made a mistake with the hot iron bowl because it kept the dish searing hot for quite some time. But as it cooled it created a very yummy layer of crispy rice on the bottom which instantly changed my mind. I'd get it this way again. The sauce she warned me about was not that spicy, and I ended up putting quite a lot of it in. She read me right! I AM a bit of a spice wimp. So if you are too, don't be scared of the spicy sauce.I also tried the seafood pancake, which is enormous and delicious. It's always lovely when I find a new favorite food. I think I'll he back for this one again.Atmosphere is nice and quiet, with inoffensive music playing. Perfect for a rainy day, and I wasn't the only person eating on my own, which is always nice. Thanks, Seoul Zip, for a very good meal. I'll be back!“

“A great korean tofu soup experience! Small restaurant with a few tables. Owner/cook appeared to be working alone, but service was great and they were very friendly and kind. The soup came out perfect. I recommend the dumpling soup. I chose mild spice to play it safe, but definitely getting medium next time!Vegetarian options: Many of the soup options are vegetarian by default.“

“Great Casual Dining Spot. I came here with a friend after he had invited me to eat at this place. The staff were welcoming and they paid attention to me. The food was delicious and portions served were filling. You get what you pay for here. The food was also served very quickly and it tasted fresh. My only complaint would be that it could get crowded but that's because this place is so darn good.“

“This was a very first time for me I have ever been to a place like this and was it a hella of a experience so to me it was good I would be the wrong person to be asking because I wouldn’t really really know if it is that good then another place but that place was good. It wasn’t like I had complain about anything everything that person ordered and cooked. I ate it. It was good.“

“Best Korean Restaurant in all of Sac. The black bean noodles are one of their best dishes on the menu and side dishes are to die for. Fast service, friendly staff. Eating here gives me a nostalgic feeling of my mothers home cooked food, that I miss and love. 5/5.“

“This is bar none the best teriyaki spot in town.I have lived and worked in pretty much every corner of Sacramento to El Dorado Hills and not a single place holds a candle to the quality and quantity of this shop. The staff is awesome, friendly customer service, and AMAZING cooks.Parking: It is in the same parking lot as a Dollar Store so there is a TON of parking.“

“We were able to get a reservation the same night. The quality of the meat was really good and there were plenty of choices. The waitress took a long time getting our drink, it was a beer tower. It took 3 times reminding her to finally get it, but she was really nice about it. Considering it was a holiday weekend, it was understandable. Overall a good experience.“

“I just had the best oven baked chicken of my life!! Yep, I said it. Oh my goodness gracious. It was juicy, super meaty and the flavor was perfection. Yes, it took a little longer than I expected but everything is made fresh and is definitely worth the wait for this quality! Let's get a little more accustomed to waiting for good quality food.I scarfed it down so there are no pics but I will definitely take some next time. I will also try some of the sides and different sauces. The fact that they got such a classic so right makes me think the rest will be just as delicious. Give them a try, you will be happy you did.“

“Finally got to eat here for the first time! The food is a little pricey but VERY good. Jin is amazing and so sweet! Minus one star for the server who took our order. She asked us if we needed a few min and we said yes; she came back and said "are you ready now? we have a lot of people." like... chill lol. everything else was great!“

“This Korean BBQ restaurant exceeded all my expectations! The quality of the meat was exceptional, and the variety of cuts offered was impressive. The interactive grilling experience at the table added an extra layer of fun to the dining experience. The banchan (side dishes) were plentiful and delicious, complementing the BBQ perfectly. The atmosphere was lively, and the staff were attentive and knowledgeable, ensuring we had a fantastic meal from start to finish. I can't wait to go back and indulge in more of their mouthwatering offerings“

“We came around on a weekend evening, there was no wait at all. We were the only people in there for quite some time but it was nice. The menu was confusing at first but we just asked for more clarification. Ordered the spicy chicken in medium spice and asked for a 10 piece wing. We still ended up getting drums in our order for some reason instead of all wings but it wasn't a big deal. The chicken was very juicy and the skin was crispy and sweet. Very on point for Korean chicken. I kind of wish they had meal sets, that come with rice and radish. I think that'll be easier to order for new customers. 9/10, will come back if I'm in the area.“

“This is a fun place to always watch them prepare your food. The chefs are good and the weight staff is a tentative. It's not knock down delicious but very decent. It's a pretty expensive place. The tips are built in for large parties which is typically why they get are high. The floors could be cleaned a little bit better and the countertops since a lot of the prepared dishes are more greasy thus it's harder to keep the surfaces as clean.Vegetarian options: If you have a lot of restrictions you probably ought to restrict yourself and stay home and watch CNN. Otherwise you can have soup and rice here.Dietary restrictions: You can stay home and have rice cakes and tofu if you don't want to go out and have fried food prepared in front of you.Parking: Hobby lobby and other busy stores are in this lot so it's hard to park most of the time.“

“5 stars for kalbi jjim, i can see why it's the main star here it's pretty delicious! I tried their haemul kalguksu too which was also good, packed full of mussels, shrimp and has a cute sized crab in it as well. I don't eat shellfish but had to try and enjoyed the noodles. I definitely want to try their other soups here. Enough leftovers to last me 2-3 nights lol. Wang Mandu was also wanging. They were humongous.“

“The food is good for the price and comes out quickly. I've had their tonkotsu ramen and bibimbap and enjoyed both. The service is friendly and efficient. It's kind of a hole in the wall, no frills place, but I've been here several times and always had a good experience.“

“Arguably the best all you can eat Korean BBQ.There are lots of options on the menu, with new ones every so often. Cleanest cuts of Bulgogi. The wait time can be long, and it's worth it. The servers are all courteous and fast; anything you need in a flash. The only downside is that the place could be larger as it's quite popular.“

“Vons Chicken opened a couple of years ago. They didn't do much to the dining room. It looks almost the same as before when this is Ramen and More. The dining room looks dated but comfortable and clean. They're famous for chicken. But my mood wanted the Bulgogi beef. So, I ordered the Bulgogi Rice Plate. It is ready in five minutes. It is delicious. The meat tastes excellent and juicy. I love it! I'll try their chicken one of the day. But I love their bulgogi beef very much now.“

“Good food, good price! We got the box of 5 corn dogs and the tater tots. Was surprised how crispy and flavorful the tater tots were even after a car ride home. The corn dogs were great! Similar to ones I had in Korea: thicker breading than American corn dogs, interchangeable innards(?), little bit of sugar, and unique sauces/flavors. I thought the potato dog was about as close to authentic as you could get and I actually liked the Cheeto dust on the spicy dog which I didn’t think I would be a fan of. Overall, it’s a good spot for a more unique food experience that still has comfort options.“

“I love this place. The workers here are ALWAYS beyond friendly. The woman that usually works the cash register always calls customers "sweetheart" and is always happy and smiling. Their food is simple and delicious. I come on my lunch breaks at the hospital to quickly scarf down food so it is SO nice how quick your order comes out. Highly recommend, this place and their staff are so amazing!!!“

“Korean restaurant open until midnight being one of the biggest pros.Seafood Pancake ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️: really crispy with a good amount of chew. I was kind of surprised at how good it was. Would come here again for the seafood pancake alone.Fish Cake Soup ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️: pretty standard if you like this fish. Nothing special but also not bad.Tofu Soup ⭐️⭐️⭐️: came in piping hot but the flavor was nothing special and pretty average.“

“Location is in a mini mall. Plenty of parking early afternoon on a Thursday but could see it being more challenging on the weekends.Counter staff was friendly and patient. Lots of tables if you want to eat there, all clean.Picked up some chicken and japchae. Japchae was tasty but a little awkward to eat with the noodles all at the bottom (I didn't have a bigger bowl or plate to mix it). Got cole slaw as a side (instead of the radishes) which was crunchy and tasty without being too creamy.Oh my, the chicken was very good. Had the soy sauce garlic wings, which were still crunchy after a 15 minute drive and 10 minute walk. Tasty and messy, but I was willing to wash my hands several times.Definitely worth a visit! Wish they were closer to me (but probably better that they're not).“

“Was visiting Lake Tahoe, Sacramento and San Francisco for a week. Stop by here late at night after a long day and Omgosh. The service was amazing, the grandmas were so sweet and caring about what my friends and I ate! Everything was so delicious and such big portions ! Originally from Texas so surprised how big the portions were here! But everything tasted way better here as well ❤️ I’m going to miss the service the most because all of them interacted with us! And also gave me skincare advice cuz their skin is beautiful!“

“We tried the Crispy Padak Chicken and Chicken with garlic soy glaze. Preferred the Padak, it has a sauce we liked. The Garlic soy glaze was more on the dry side, little sauce. The chicken was fine nice and juicy but the bread was more like oven crispy. Great prices for the size of the drum sticks. KFC's drumsticks are tiny, more like wing drumstick. We got a complementary almond salad, it was good. Similar to Buckhorn style salads. Try it.“
