Do yourself a favor and take a cooking class ASAP with Heat Culinary! I have taken 2 now, Chinese food and Oaxacan, and they have been so informative, helpful, and, best of all, so much fun!! The cost for the classes is an absolute steal, considering you eat an amazing meal and take home tons of leftovers. We attended the Filipino cooking class located in Santa Barbara and we felt so catered to! Chef Becky and her assistant for the night, Evan, so effortlessly made us feel at home and excited to learn. Everything was organized and prepared for us from the moment we arrived. We left with both our bellies and hearts feeling full. Definitely plan on taking another class soon!
