Cool outdoor restaurant has a nice variety on the menu. I had a cheeseburger, fries and a soda cost about $14.74 but like everything now days what's not. Cash only no cards ATM available. The food: fries were fresh and hot. The cheeseburger was just the right size for me at least I am not a big eater. It had cheese melted covering the whole burger. The burger itself was fresh and hot personally it was cooked medium-ish I like my hamburgers cooked medium well. ( my 4 star rating) The bun for the burger was fresh tasted like it was homemade coming right out of the oven. Both the young man talking the order and the young lady at the pick up window were fast kind and very friendly. All the sitting is outside tables with umbrella's. Which for a busy place were clean. It was a cold windy Thursday would have been nice if they had patio heaters. if you're in town near the beach give them a try!

As a local, it kills me to leave such a low review for a restaurant that holds so many great memories. The burgers still taste great. The service is HORRIBLE. Cashiers clearly don’t enjoy their jobs, give attitude, and seem to care more about playing on their phones than doing anything else. 4 out of 5 times they either forget a burger or give us the wrong order completely. One cashier outright lied and said they don’t carry a soda brand we asked for when they clearly do, and one of the cooks had to come around and get the drink for us since the girl apparently was refusing to serve us.I see responses to similar reviews encouraging customers to notify the counter of any issues with the order. That’s a tall ask when the girls at the counter pretty much just roll their eyes at you when you try to order at the window or ask to pay for a side of ranch at the pickup counter. It’s just sad to see such a great place get run into the ground by poor attitudes and low morale.

Cheeseburgers are OK, nothing special at all. The chocolate shake was good. The long lines are due to tourists and campers at the huge campground, not from returning locals. So don’t be fooled into thinking it’s a “hot spot” to eat at.

Tossed the cheap frozen Pollock they serve for fish & chips. For the price they charge it should be better. I wasn't the only one to puke either! Never again!!! Still burping it up hours later. Greased ? if you can't do it right don't do it at all.

Great old school, no frills spot for a beach lunch or dinner. Solid burger and onion rings - hasn't disappointed for decades.Cash only though, so be prepared.

Fries are good; really, really bad clam chowder, and unfriendly girls at the counter.

Love the Spot for a hamburger, always terrific but i recently order the "fish and chips". The absolute worst fish and chips but also, anything I've ordered. The chips were great, but the quality of the fish was horrible...horrible. It should be removed from the menu.

The service was really bad and the food was just okay, burgers are probably their best thing. Overall, wouldn't eat there again.

Horrible, rude service for a mediocre burger, bad fries, and ranch that tasted old or rancid. There's other burger spots in Carp, go to them.
