Went over to had dinner after visiting mostly their Carson location. Had their lomo Saltado, My usually, but unfortunately the quality, taste, and portions have changed tremendously. The wait time was extremely long for a restaurant that wasn't too busy (at least from what I saw) We waited about an hour for our food and when it got to our table is was completely cold. I went here on a take out order. I have been to 3 other el pollo inkas and they are all a bit different. However, the food here is good based on my experience with pollo saltado meal. If you choose to dine in, it's got a fast food ish decor but a notch above the Rolling Hills Inka Wasi. The reputation for this place is that they will tell you the food is ready in ten minutes and today it was!
