It's like eating a home cooked meal at your favorite Peruvian auntie's house :) Mouth watering flavors and a spoon full of goodness. You start off with their complimentary signature cup of this green rice soup and bread, was very good. On the table you have this delicious spicy tangy condiment that I wanted to spread on everything. Found the menu a little confusing to follow due to its structure and illustration but then understood the concept so make sure to ask the server if you have any questions. Our server suggested their popular dishes with the chicken. The chicken is their specialty and it's really tender, juicy, moist and flavorful. The garlic rice was also good but not as garlicky as I expected. Had the Combinados with chicken - the sauce and base were great and also the Vainita with chicken which was a little more dry and plain. We had to try the alfajores for dessert, to be honest, I've had better but it was served pretty ;) Overall satisfied. Mellow small place but busy, free parking lot in front.

Ordered delivery and paid extra for the half chicken. When it arrived I saw I was only given 2 pieces of chicken ? it was cold and didn’t taste so great. The rice tasted old and for some reason I had a soup I didn’t order. The fries were soggy and also not fresh. Never again eating from here ?

Went over to had dinner after visiting mostly their Carson location. Had their lomo Saltado, My usually, but unfortunately the quality, taste, and portions have changed tremendously. The wait time was extremely long for a restaurant that wasn't too busy (at least from what I saw) We waited about an hour for our food and when it got to our table is was completely cold. I was too hungry that I did not bother to ask them if they would warm it up for me. My mother had their margarita but that too wasn't good. The cup let like awkful egg and we requested fugace that switched out. Overall the experiences wasn't the greatest, don't think I'll be returning

I went here on a take out order. I have been to 3 other el pollo inkas and they are all a bit different. However, the food here is good based on my experience with pollo saltado meal. If you choose to dine in, it's got a fast food ish decor but a notch above the Rolling Hills Inka Wasi. The reputation for this place is that they will tell you the food is ready in ten minutes and today it was!

Food was good but the servers should really learn to UNDERSTAND more English.. I ordered a HALF chicken and because the server doesn't understand English she charged me for a WHOLE chicken.. it's just my 10 year old son and I .. why would a little child and woman order a WHOLE chicken for lunch? She could have at least used context clues!!!

We normally go to the Pollo Inka in Gardena. We have gone to this location 3 times. First time was great, second time the Chicken had a funny smell and had blood so we stayed away for some time. This last time the food was on point, friendly service but I noticed the server not following health department guidelines. When she served our drinks she was holding the glasses from the rim, and she had very long fake nails with nail polish not wearing gloves, very unsanitary. I will be back but would hope gets the proper server training.

Their grilled chicken had the best texture chicken I have tried; I am very picky with my grilled chicken and they definitely have exceeded my standard in grilled chicken. A must try restaurant; it took me back to a beautiful vacation of mine back in mexico; the texture of the chicken I tried there was the same.

the worst establishment in the United States, the staff has absolutely no respect, I waited half an hour for my order. They are preparing other orders that are larger. They don't even apologize. This is what they gave me for half an hour for this half hour. I could cook my own food at home, I will never go to this establishment again and will not recommend it.
